Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai tingkat kinerja karyawan di PT.Inti (Persero) Bandung pada divisi Operasional Celco Produksi dan Purnajual yang ditandai dengan masih rendahnya kinerja karyawan dengan belum memenuhi standar penilaian kerja yang telah ditentukan. Salah satu penyebab rendahnya kinerja tersebut diduga disebabkan oleh faktor stres kerja, sehingga penelitian ini hendak mengkaji seberapa besar pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT.Inti (Persero) Bandung pada divisi Operasional Celco Produksi dan Purnajual (OCPP)
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey eksplanasi, dengan teknik pengumpulan data angket yang dikumpulkan dari responden dengan ukuran sampel 43 orang karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Stres kerja berada pada kategori sedang, (2) Kinerja karyawan berada pada kategori sedang (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT.Inti (Persero) Bandung pada divisi Operasional Celco Produksi dan Purnajual (OCPP)

The problems studied in this research is the performance level of employees AT PT. INTI (Persero) Bandung in Celco Operations Production and Sales division are characterized by the low performance of the employee has not met the standards specified appraisal. One of the reasons for low performance are thought to be caused by work stress factors, so that this study wanted to examine how large the effect of work stress on employee performance AT PT. INTI (Persero) Bandung in Celco Operations Production and Sales division (COPPS)
The method used is the explanation of survey methods, data collection techniques questionnaires collected from respondents with a sample size of 43 employees. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that: (1) work stress in middle category, (2) employee performance in middle category, (3) There is a significant effect of work stress on employee performance in PT. INTI (Persero) Bandung in Celco Operations Production and Sales division (COPPS)
