Abstract
Perkembangan industri saat ini mengubah kebiasaan untuk tetap bisa bersaing di pasaran. Industri 4.0 menjadikan persaingan pasar semakin ketat terutama dalam promosi. Perubahan ini membuat media promosi konvensional mulai tergeser dengan media promosi digital. Adanya teknologi ini membuat promosi yang dilakukan semakin luas. Seperti halnya penggunaan media sosial memungkinkan seseorang melakukan interaksi kapan saja dan dimana saja. Media sosial telah menjadi alat pemasaran utama di dunia saat ini. Instagram merupakan salah satu media sosial yang memiliki banyak pengguna karena kemudahan akses yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk Kota Bandung. Sampel yang di gunakan dalam objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen AIIIA Tour and Travel. Hasil perancangan konten media sosial instagram sebagai media promosi dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa instagram sebagai media sosial yang sering digunakan. Dengan Hasil perancangan konten media sosial instagram sebagai media promosi AIIIA Tour and Travel dapat membangun ketertarikan konsumen terhadap produk dan konten promosi AIIIA Tour and Travel. Media sosial instagram AIIIA Tour and Travel beserta konten di dalamnya diharapkan dapat membentuk suatu persepsi baik akan sebuah produk yang semakin dikenal konsumen. ---------- Current industrial developments are changing habits to stay competitive in the market. Industry 4.0 makes market competition increasingly tight, especially in promotion. This change has caused conventional promotional media to be displaced by digital promotional media. The existence of this technology makes promotions carried out increasingly widespread. Like the use of social media allows someone to interact anytime and anywhere. Social media has become the main marketing tool in the world today. Instagram is one of the social media that has many users because of the ease of access provided. This study uses descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were residents of Bandung City. The sample used in this research object was AIIIA Tour and Travel consumers. The results of designing Instagram social media content as a promotional media in this study show that Instagram is a social media that is often used. With the results of designing Instagram social media content as a promotional media for AIIIA Tour and Travel, it can build consumer interest in AIIIA Tour and Travel products and promotional content. AIIIA Tour and Travel's Instagram social media and its content are expected to form a good perception of a product that is increasingly known to consumers.
