Abstract

Setiap siswa harus mengetahui gaya belajarnya untuk fokus belajar demi mencapai tingkat keberhasilan belajar. Bukan hanya siswa yang harus mengetahui gaya belajarnya sebagai guru pun harus memberitahu kepada siswanya bagaimana cara belajar sesuai dengan gaya belajarnya masing-masing. Namun fakta menunjukkan bahwa seringkali guru tidak begitu memahami karakter serta kurang memperhatikan gaya belajar masing-masing siswanya sebagai pertimbangan utama dalam pemanfaatan media pembelajaran. Penulis ingin mencari informasi untuk menjadikan skripsi ini sebagai pengetahuan mengenai bagaimana kesiapan belajar siswa dan persepsi guru pendidikan jasmani dalam menghadapi pembelajaran PJOK berdiferensiasi di sekolah penggerak. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 2 Sekolah Dasar Sekolah Penggerak di Kota Cimahi. Instrumen dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Milles and Huberman yang selanjutnya akan dilakukan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan belajar siswa dalam menghadapi pembelajaran PJOK berdiferensiasi perlu diperhatikan oleh gurupendidikan jasmani untuk memenuhi kebutuhan setiap siswa melalui sinkronisasi pada temuan teachers believe dan teachers style. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan lebih mendalami data dari background guru pendidikan jasmani dengan mengkonfirmasi lebih dalam dengan riset skala besar yang lebih representative dan melihat dari sisi kesiapan orang tua dalam pembelajaran PJOK berdiferensiasi. Every student must know their learning style to focus on learning in order to achieve a successful level of learning. Not only students who must know their learning styles as teachers must also tell their students how to learn according to their respective learning styles. However, the fact shows that often teachers do not really understand the character and do not pay attention to the learning style of each student as the main consideration in the utilization of learning media. The author wants to find information to make this thesis as knowledge about how students' learning readiness and physical education teachers' perceptions in dealing with differentiated PJOK learning in driving schools. This research used descriptive qualitative research design. This research involved 2 elementary schools in the driving school in Cimahi City. Instruments in the research were conducted by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study used the Milles and Huberman model which will then be member checked. The results showed that students learning readiness in facing differentiated PJOK learning needs to be considered by physical education teachers to meet the needs of each student through synchronization on the findings of teachers believe and teachers style. Recommendations for further research are expected to further explore data from the background of physical education teachers by confirming deeper with more representative large-scale research and looking at the readiness of parents in differentiated PJOK learning.
