Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa agar mereka dapat berkontribusi sebagai generasi bangsa yang lebih baik. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan tersebut, perlu adanya upaya dari individu mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan hasil belajarnya melalui manajemen waktu yang didukung oleh adanya lingkungan teman sebaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen waktu terhadap hasil belajar dengan lingkungan teman sebaya sebagai variabel moderator. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis UPI Angkatan 2022, dengan sampel sebanyak 119 mahasiswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala numerikal 1-7. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi moderasi menggunakan PROCESS oleh Andrew F. Hayes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen waktu berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa dan lingkungan teman sebaya secara negatif memoderasi pengaruh manajemen waktu terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini adalah ruang lingkup yang hanya mencakup satu fakultas dan hasil uji R2 yang rendah yang menunjukan bahwa masih terdapat variabel lain yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar. This study was motivated by the need to improve students' academic performance so that they can contribute as a better generation for the nation. To achieve this goal, individual students need to improve their academic performance through time management supported by a peer environment. This study aimed to determine the effect of time management on academic performance with the peer environment as a moderating variable. The research method used was an explanatory survey. The population in this study consisted of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Education at UPI, class of 2022, with a sample of 119 students selected using random sampling techniques. Data collection tools included questionnaires with numerical scales. The data analysis technique used was moderation regression analysis PROCESS by Andrew F. Hayes. The results showed that time management had a positive effect on students' academic performance, and the peer environment negatively moderated the effect of time management on students' academic performance. The limitations of this study included the scope, which only covered one faculty, and the low R2 test results, indicating that there were other variables affecting academic performance.
