Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan berbicara pada pemelajar Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing (BIPA) di sekolah satuan pendidikan kerja sama. Peneliti tertarik untuk mengkaji sejauh mana tuturan konstantif yang digunakan pada pemelajar BIPA di SPK dan dapat menjadi suplemen efektif dalam pembelajaran BIPA, khususnya dalam konteks kurikulum IB. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan jenis tindak tuturan, implikatur tuturan, dan tingkat validitas tuturan konstantif dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara di Sekolah Satuan Pendidikan Kerja Sama (SPK). Peneliti memiliki alasan yaitu untuk melihat kemampuan keterampilan berbicara pemelajar BIPA di SPK menggunakan kajian tuturan konstantif yang dianggap efektif dan sesuai dengan kurikulum IB, pemelajar BIPA harus bisa memperoleh bahasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk dapat memaparkan apa yang dianalisis sesuai dengan keadaan sebenar-benarnya di lapangan. Tidak hanya sebagai upaya mendeskripsikan data tetapi mendeskripsikan hasil dari pengumpulan data yang benar dengan persyaratan kualitatif yaitu observasi partisipan, studi dokumen, dan dengan melakukan triangulasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa terdapat 54 sampel dari 5 subjek yang dianalisis, terdapat jenis tindak tutur asertif sebanyak 21 data, direktif sebanyak 7 data, ekspresif sebanyak 10 data, komisif 5 data, dan deklarasi sebanyak 11 data. Jenis tindak tutur asertif yang sering digunakan oleh kelima subjek hal ini dilihat dari bentuk tuturan pemelajar yang diungkapkan dengan menyatakan, menyarankan, mengeluh, membual, mengklaim, memohon dan merekomendasi. Hal tersebut didasari dengan stimulus gambar dan membuat poin-poin dari gambar yang dilihat pemelajar. This research focuses on improving the speaking skills of Indonesian for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) learners in cooperative education unit schools. The researcher is interested in examining the extent of constant speech used by BIPA learners in SPK and can be an effective supplement in BIPA learning, especially in the context of the IB curriculum. The purpose of this study is to describe the power of speech, the implicature of speech, and the level of validity of constantive speech in learning speaking skills at the School of Cooperation Education Unit (SPK). The researcher has a reason that is to see the ability of BIPA learners' speaking skills in SPK using the study of constantive speech which is considered effective and in accordance with the IB curriculum, BIPA learners must be able to acquire language. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method to be able to describe what is analyzed in accordance with the actual situation in the field. Not only as an effort to describe the data but to describe the results of the correct data collection with qualitative requirements, namely participant observation, document study, and triangulation. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that there are 54 samples from 5 subjects analyzed, there are 21 data of assertive speech acts, 7 data of directive, 10 data of expressive, 5 data of commissive, and 11 data of declaration. The type of assertive speech act that is often used by the five subjects is seen from the form of learners' utterances expressed by stating, suggesting, complaining, boasting, claiming, pleading and recommending. It is based on the picture stimulus and making points from the picture that the learners see.
