Abstract

Evaluasi dalam program pelatihan perlu dilakukan untuk mengukur keberhasilan dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Pada program pelatihan surveilans reservoir penyakit pes dan leptospirosis di BBPK Ciloto dilakukan kegiatan evaluasi pelatihan. Peneliti mengkaji Penerapan evaluasi Kirkpatrick level I dan II dengan menggunakan teori kirkpatrick. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan evaluasi kirkpatrick level I dan II. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari penyelenggara, fasilitator, dan peserta. Penelitian dilakukan di BBPK Ciloto. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa evaluasi pelatihan level I reaksi sebagian peserta sangat puas dengan pelatihan yang diselenggarakan dengan saran untuk mengganti ruang kelas, menambah alat praktik dan menambah durasi pembelajaran di laboratorium. Pada level II terdapat peningkatan pada ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik peserta pelatihan. kekuatan dari penerapan evaluasi menggunakan model kirkpatrick ini sederhana dari tahapannya jelas sehingga mudah diterapkan dan dipahami hasil dari evaluasinya. Kelemahannya dalam mengisi kuesioner mengenai respon rekan belum maksimal karena dilakukan secara daring. Penerapan evaluasi kirkpatrick memberikan peluang positif dalam memenuhi kompetensi yang dibutuhkan peserta, serta sebagai dasar revisi kurikulum dan pengembangan media pembelajaran. Ancaman dari penerapan evaluasi kirkpatrick tidak menggambarkan hasil sebenarnya, yang dapat mengarah pada umpan balik yang salah dan tindak lanjut yang keliru. Evaluation in training programs needs to be carried out to measure success in achieving predetermined goals. In the training program on surveillance of bubonic plague reservoirs and leptospirosis at BBPK Ciloto, training evaluation activities were carried out. The researcher examined the application of Kirkpatrick level I and II evaluation using Kirkpatrick theory. This study aims to describe the evaluation of Kirkpatrick level I and II. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The subjects of this research consisted of organizers, facilitators, and participants. The research was conducted at BBPK Ciloto. The results revealed that the level I training evaluation reaction of some participants was very satisfied with the training organized with suggestions to replace classrooms, add practical tools and increase the duration of learning in the laboratory. At level II there was an increase in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains of the trainees. the strength of the application of evaluation using the Kirkpatrick model is simple from the clear stages so that it is easy to apply and understand the results of the evaluation. The weakness is that filling out questionnaires regarding peer responses has not been maximized because it is done online. The application of Kirkpatrick evaluation provides a positive opportunity by providing real feedback in meeting the competencies needed by participants, as well as a basis for curriculum revision and learning media development. The threat of applying Kirkpatrick evaluations does not reflect the actual results, which can lead to incorrect feedback and incorrect follow-up.
