Abstract
Kota Bogor merupakan salah satu kota dengan kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi, memiliki posisi geografis yang sangat strategis, dan potensi pariwisata sangat prospektif. Kondisi tersebut memunculkan urgensi perancangan di Pusat Kota Bogor guna mewadahi kebutuhan fasilitas akomodasi bagi wisatawan, serta fasilitas rekreasi yang juga mampu meningkatkan perekenomian kota. Perancangan laporan tugas akhir arsitektur ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi urgensi perancangan tersebut dengan merancang sebuah area multiguna yang mewadahi berbagai fungsi. Lokasi perancangan yang diajukan berada di Kecamatan Bogor Tengah yang merupakan pusat kota sekaligus berada pada posisi strategis yang dapat menjadi potensi pengembangan pariwisata kota. Perancangan laporan tugas akhir arsitektur ini menggunakan metode perancangan yang terbagi menjadi 2, yaitu: metode observasi dan metode studi literatur. Perancangan sebuah mixed use area dengan fungsi utama hotel, apartemen, dan pusat kuliner ini diharapkan mampu menjadi solusi dari urgensi perancangan di Pusat Kota Bogor, serta membantu mengatasi permasalahan infrastruktur yang ada di Kota Bogor. The city of Bogor is a city with a high population density, has a very strategic geographical position, and very prospective tourism potential. These conditions give rise to the urgency of designing Bogor City Center to accommodate the need for hotel facilities for tourists, as well as recreational facilities that can also improve the city's economy. The design of this architectural final project report aims to overcome the urgency of the design by designing a multi-purpose area that accommodates various functions. The design location is located in Central Bogor District, which is the center of the city and is also in a strategic position which can be a potential city tourism development. The design of this architectural final project report uses a design method which is divided into 2, namely: observation method and literature study method. The design of a mixed use area with the main functions of a hotel, apartment and culinary center is expected to be a solution to the urgency of designing in Bogor City Center, as well as helping to overcome existing infrastructure problems in Bogor City.
