Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pesatnya perkembangan zaman, perubahan pola fikir, serta perubahan kurikulum dari Kurtilas menjadi Kurikulum Merdeka yang mengharuskan kita melek terhadap digitalisasi. Berdasasarkan survey peneliti kepada kepala sekolah melalui google form terjadi kesenjangan yang nampak yaitu rendahnya kreativitas guru dalam kegiatan mengajarnya sehingga diperlukan strategi kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru dengan mengembangkan istrumen penilaian. Selanjutnya tujuan penelitian ini merancang dan mengembangkan instrumen penilaian digital spreadsheet untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Tahap analisis dilakukan dengan menganalisis kebutuhan serta situasi dan lingkungan, tahap perancangan menggunakan excel, google drive dan google chrome. Tahap pengembangan dilakukan dengan mengembangkan produk melalui proses validasi ahli materi, dengan memperoleh penilaian kategori “sangat layak”, validasi ahli media memperoleh kategori “Layak”, dan validasi pengguna memperoleh kategori “sangat layak”. Tahap implementasi dilakukan dengan melakukan uji coba terbatas kepada 5 (lima) orang kepala sekolah dan kemudian dilakukan revisi, selanjutnya uji coba tidak terbatas terhadap seluruh Kepala Sekolah yang ada di Kecamatan Pageragreung dan disertai kegiatan workshop penyusunan instrumen penilaian digital. Tahap evaluasi menghasilkan respon pengguna dengan memperoleh kategori “sangat baik”. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, maka pengembangan instrumen penilaian digital spreadsheet sangat layak digunakan oleh kepala sekolah sebagai media untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru di Sekolah Dasar. This research is motivated by the rapid development of the times, changes in thought patterns, as well as changes in the curriculum from Kurtilas to the Independent Curriculum which requires us to be literate about digitalization. Based on the researcher's survey of school principals via Google Form, there is a visible gap, namely the low level of teacher creativity in their teaching activities, so a strategy for school principals is needed to increase teacher creativity by developing assessment instruments. Furthermore, the aim of this research is to design and develop a digital spreadsheet assessment instrument to overcome these problems. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The analysis stage is carried out by analyzing needs as well as the situation and environment, the design stage uses Excel, Google Drive and Google Chrome. The development stage is carried out by developing the product through a material expert validation process, by obtaining an assessment in the "very feasible" category, media expert validation obtaining the "Eligible" category, and user validation obtaining the "very feasible" category. The implementation phase was carried out by conducting limited trials on 5 (five) school principals and then revisions were carried out, then unlimited trials on all principals in Pageragreung District and accompanied by workshops on preparing digital assessment instruments. The evaluation stage produces user responses by obtaining the "very good" category. Based on the evaluation results, the development of a digital spreadsheet assessment instrument is very suitable for use by school principals as a medium to increase teacher creativity in elementary schools.
