Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena peserta didik yang lalai terhadap tugas-tugas di sekolah, bolos, dan pasif selama pembelajaran di kelas. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menghasilkan program bimbingan pribadi berdasarkan profil hardiness untuk mengembangkan karakter hardiness peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survei dengan menggunakan instrumen hardiness yang telah teruji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan program bimbingan pribadi disusun berdasarkan temuan profil hardiness yang mayoritas peserta didik berada pada kategori tinggi. Program yang dihasilkan telah layak untuk digunakan berdasarkan uji rasional ahli dan praktisi bimbingan dan konseling. Program bimbingan pribadi hasil penelitian dapat menjadi panduan pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan pribadi dalam memelihara dan mengembangkan karakter hardiness di Sekolah Menengah Atas. The research was motivated by the phenomenon of students who are negligent towards tasks at school, skipping class, and passive during class learning. The purpose of the research is to produce a personal guidance program based on the hardiness profile to develop students' hardiness character. The research used quantitative research design with descriptive method. The research technique used was a survey using a tested hardiness instrument. The results showed that the personal guidance program was prepared based on the findings of the hardiness profile which the majority of students were in the high category. The resulting program is suitable for used based on the rational test of experts and guidance and counseling practitioners. The results of the personal guidance program can guide the implementation of personal guidance services in maintaining and developing the character of hardiness in Senior High School
