    Abstract

    Ilmu Kewirausahaan menjadi salah satu fundamental yang harus dimiliki oleh pelaku usaha. Berdasarkan dari Teori modal manusia, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan serta mengkaji model teoritis dari keberhasilan wirausaha dengan melakukan eksplorasi terhadap faktor internal yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan wirausaha. Metode yang digunakan ialah eksplanatory survey menggunakan 47 sampel dari pelaku usaha lentera lampu gentur yang berada di Kampung Gentur Jambudipa Kecamatan Warungkondang Kabupaten Cianjur teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah path analysis dengan alat bantu hitung menggunakan program SPSS 20 for Windows. Penelitian ini menemukan adanya hubungan signifikan antara sumber daya manusia dengan kesukesesan wirausaha. Penelitian ini menguji faktor internal secara teoritis yang mengarah kepada kesuksesan wirausaha.

    Entrepreneurship knowledge is one of the fundamentals that business actors must have. Based on human capital theory, this research aims to develop and examine a theoretical model of entrepreneurial success by exploring the internal factors that influence entrepreneurial success. The method used was an explanatory survey using 47 samples from gentur lamp lantern businesses located in Gentur Jambudipa Village, Warungkondang District, Cianjur Regency. The data analysis technique used was path analysis with calculation tools using the SPSS 20 for Windows program. This research found a significant relationship between human resources and entrepreneurial success. This research theoretically tests internal factors that lead to entrepreneurial success.
