Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Model Problem Based Learning Berbantuan Media Komik Digital terhadap literasi matematis siswa dan pengaruhnya terhadap Self-Efficacy siswa di Sekolah Dasar. Permasalahan yang mendasar pada penulisan ini adalah diduga siswa merasa bosan dengan pelajaran matematika yang terkesan sulit dan menakutkan sehingga pembelajaran matematika yang masih rendah, dikarenakan kurangnya pemahaman untuk menghubungkan pembelajaran dengan dunia nyata, dan kurang memberikan kebebasan berfikir dalam menyelesaikan latihan soal dikarenakan tingkat literasi matemaris siswa yang sangat rendah sehingga berdampak pada kegiatan ANBK dan raport pendidikan yang tidak maksimal. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa yaitu dengan menggunakan Media Komik Digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasy eksperimen dengan menggunakan instrument tes kemampuan literasi matematis dan angket Self-Efficacy, desain penelitian dengan kelompok pretest-posttest control grup. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN SEMPUR tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 sampel dalam penelitian ini ada 3 kelas yaitu, kelas IVA sebgai kelas eksperimen pertama, kelas IVB sebagai kelas eksperimen kedua dan kelas IVC sebagai kelas kontrol. Dari pengujian hipotesis pada tes kemampun koneksi matematis dengan menggukana anova one way dan anova two way pada taraf signifikansi 5%, diperoleh bahwa terdapat signifikasi dalam kemampuan literasi matematis antara siswa yang menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan media komik digital, PBL dengan vidio pembelajaran dan dengan direct intruction dengan benda manifulatif. Media komik digital memberikan pengaruh yang cukup besar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa. Selain itu juga terdapat perbedaan signifikasi dalam self-efficacy siswa antara model PBL dengan vidio pembelajaran dan direct intruction dengan dengan benda manifulatif. Komik gital meningkatkan self-efficacy siswa. Nilai PAM tinggi memberikan pengaruh dalam meningkatkan self-efficacy siswa. Siswa dengan pengetahuan awal matematika yang baik memiliki dasar yang kuat untuk memahami dan menerapkan konsep-konsep baru, yang memperkuat rasa percaya diri mereka. Kualitas metode pembelajara, bukan hanya tingkat self-efficacy siswa, memaninkan peran penting dalam mencapai pemahaman dan keterampilan literasi matematis yang konsisten. ----------- This research aims to determine the effect of using the Problem Based Learning Model Assisted by Digital Comic Media on students' mathematical literacy and its effect on students' Self-Efficacy in Elementary Schools. The basic problem in this writing is that it is thought that students feel bored with mathematics lessons which seem difficult and scary so that mathematics learning is still low, due to a lack of understanding to connect learning with the real world, and lack of freedom of thought in completing practice questions due to students' level of mathematical literacy. which is very low so that it has an impact on ANBK activities and education reports that are not optimal. One effort to improve students' mathematical literacy skills is by using Digital Comic Media. This research uses a quasi-experimental method using mathematical literacy ability test instruments and Self-Efficacy questionnaires, a research design with a pretest-posttest control group. The population in this study was class IV students at SDN SEMPUR for the 2023/2024 academic year. The samples in this study were 3 classes, namely, class IVA as the first experimental class, class IVB as the second experimental class and class IVC as the control class. From hypothesis testing in the mathematical connection capability test using one way anova and two way anova at a significance level of 5%, it was found that there was significance in mathematical literacy abilities between students who used the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model with digital comic media, PBL with video. learning and with direct instruction with manipulative objects. Digital comic media has a significant influence in improving students' mathematical literacy skills. Apart from that, there are also significant differences in student self-efficacy between the PBL model with learning videos and direct instruction with manipulative objects. Digital comics increase students' self-efficacy. A high PAM value has an influence in increasing student selfefficacy. Students with good prior knowledge of mathematics have a strong foundation for understanding and applying new concepts, which strengthens their self-confidence. The quality of learning methods, not just the level of student selfefficacy, plays an important role in achieving consistent understanding and mathematical literacy skills.
