Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani selain untuk perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak, juga memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan kognitif dan afektif siswa secara bersamaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor dan mengetahui sikap sosial siswa dalam pembelajaran PJOK. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena sebagian besar anak-anak belum mencapai tingkat gerak dasar maksimal, karena minimnya kesempatan untuk latihan dan aktivitas gerak yang menurun menyebabkan gerak dasar menjadi lemah. Siswa menganggap guru sebagai sumber pengetahuan yang menjadikan siswa tetap pasif, level berpikirnya pun hanya pada tahap mengingat hafalan dan jika diberi soal berpikir dan konseptual mereka tidak mampu menyelesaikannya. Model pembelajaran yang belum tepat mengembangkan keterampilan dan kreativitas para siswa dalam olahraga sehingga siswa kurang berminat dalam belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan 2 siklus dalam setiap siklusnya terdiri dari dua tindakan, siklus diantaranya yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan format tes. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa adanya penigkatan disetiap siklusnya. Pada akhir siklus II meningkat, dapat dilihat pada nilai hasil gerak dasar lokomotor sebesar 87,33% dan pada hasil sikap sosial sebesar 88,67%. Dengan diterapkannya model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dalam pembelajaran PJOK di Sekolah Dasar dapat meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor dan sikap sosial. Studi awal ini menjadi penelitian yang dapat peneliti lain lanjutkan untuk penelitian-penelitian kedepannya. Physical education in addition to the development and growth of children, also has a role in improving students' cognitive and affective skills simultaneously. The purpose of this study was to determine the jigsaw type cooperative learning model can improve basic locomotor movement skills and to determine students' social attitudes in PJOK learning. This study was motivated because most children have not reached the maximum basic movement level, because the lack of opportunities for practice and decreased movement activity causes basic movements to become weak. Students consider teachers as a source of knowledge that makes students remain passive, their level of thinking is only at the stage of memorizing and if given thinking and conceptual questions they are unable to solve them. The learning model that is not yet appropriate develops students' skills and creativity in sports so that students are less interested in learning. The method used is the Classroom Action Research method with 2 cycles in each cycle consisting of two actions, the cycles include planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques through observation and test format. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is an increase in each cycle. At the end of cycle II, it increased, it can be seen in the value of basic locomotor movement results of 87.33% and in the results of social attitudes of 88.67%. By implementing the jigsaw cooperative learning model in PJOK learning in Elementary Schools, it can improve basic locomotor skills and social attitudes. This initial study is a study that other researchers can continue for future research.
