Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi orang tua dan guru terhadap program transisi paud ke sd yang menyenangkan serta mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam menilai keberhasilan program transisi PAUD ke SD yang menyenangkan dan mengetahui ekspetasi serta harapan orang tua dan guru terhadap program transisi paud ke sd yangmenyenangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan wawancara pada 3 orang partisipan. Hasil penelitian yaitu partisipan memberikan jawaban yang positif mengenai persepsinya pada program transisi PAUD ke SD ,kemudian hal yang menjadi faktor pendukung ialah dukungan dari orang tua,guru dan lingkungan yang dimana tiga dukungan tersebut yang menjadi faktor utama dalam menilai keberhasilan program transisi. Faktor penghambat yang dimiliki orang tua dan guru yaitu tidak adanya kelekatan antara anak dan orang tua kemuadian antara anak dan guru ,yang berakibatkan pada kurangnya tingkat kepercayaan serta rasa semangat sehingga dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan program transisi ini. ----- Abstract: This research aims to determine the perceptions of parents and teachers regarding the enjoyable preschool to elementary school transition program and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in assessing the success of the enjoyable PAUD to SD transition program and to find out the expectations and hopes of parents and teachers regarding the preschool transition program to a fun elementary school. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection was carried out using interviews with 3 participants. The results of the research were that participants gave positive answers regarding their perceptions of the PAUD to SD transition program, then the supporting factors were support from parents, teachers and the environment, where these three supports were the main factors in assessing the success of the transition program. The inhibiting factor that parents and teachers have is the lack of attachment between children and parents and then between children and teachers, which results in a lack of trust and enthusiasm which can affect the success of this transition program.
