    Abstract

    Latar belakang terciptanyanya penelitian ini karena peneliti menemukan permasalahan dalam pemahaman siswa kelas IV pada pembelajaran IPS materi aktivitas ekonomi. Aktivitas ekonomi sangat penting untuk dipelajari oleh siswa karena dalam aktivitas ekonomi dan kehidupan hidup beriringan. Maliana, M., Basri, M., & Tarman (2023) berpendapat bahwa pembelajaran yang melibatkan lingkungan sebagai bahan pembelajaran dapat menciptakan pengalaman yang spesifik dan eksklusif bagi siswa. Maka dari itu diperlukannya bahan pembelajaran yang disusun sungguh-sungguh dengan berdasarkan aktivitas ekonomi konkrit yang ada di masyarakat, seperti home industry tempe. Penelitian secara umum bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana pola aktivitas ekonomi yang terjadi di home industry kemudian dianalisis dan dijadikan sebagai alternatif dalam penulisan bahan pembelajaran materi aktivitas ekonomi untuk siswa kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan metode analisis konsep. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada peserta didik kelas IV SD Al-Husna dan home industry tempe di Rangkasbitung. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pada kegiatan home industry tempe di Kota Rangkasbitung terdapat tiga aktivitas ekonomi di dalamnya, yaitu: aktivitas produksi, aktivitas distribusi, dan aktivitas konsumsi. Bahan pembelajaran berupa handout yang berisikan materi bergambar yang dapat mempermudah guru dan siswa memahami konsep aktivitas ekonomi dari contoh konkrit. Bahan ajar disesuai dengan tinjauan kurikulum berdasarkan kompetensi dasar, indikator, tujuan pembelajran, serta tingkat perkembangan kognitif anak.

    The background of the creation of this study is because the researcher found problems in the understanding of grade IV students in social studies learning economic activity material. Economic activities are very important for students to learn because economic activities and life go hand in hand. Maliana, M., Basri, M., & Tarman (2023) argue that learning that involves the environment as a learning material can create a specific and exclusive experience for students. Therefore, it is necessary to have learning materials that are prepared seriously based on concrete economic activities in the community, such as the tempeh home industry. The research in general aims to describe how the pattern of economic activity that occurs in the home industry is then analyzed and used as an alternative in writing learning materials for economic activity materials for grade IV elementary school students. This study uses a qualitative approach, using a concept analysis method. This research was conducted on grade IV students of Al-Husna Elementary School and the tempeh home industry in Rangkasbitung. The results of the analysis show that in the tempe home industry activities in Rangkasbitung City there are three economic activities in it, namely: production activities, distribution activities, and consumption activities. Learning materials are in the form of handouts containing pictorial materials that can make it easier for teachers and students to understand the concept of economic activity from concrete examples. Teaching materials are in accordance with a review of the curriculum based on basic competencies, indicators, learning objectives, and the level of cognitive development of children.
