Abstract

ABSTRAK
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu masih belum optimalnya tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Konsentrasi Keahlian MPLB di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Salah satu faktor pendukung motivasi belajar adalah manajemen waktu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah manajemen waktu memiliki pengaruh baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah explanatory survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket dengan populasi 71 siswa kelas XI MPLB SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Sederhana.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen waktu memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Tingkat keeratan hubungan antar variabel berada pada kategori kuat berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis penelitian. Dengan demikian manajemen waktu dapat dikatakan mampu memberikan peranan dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar.

ABSTRACT
The problem studied in this research is that the level of student learning motivation in the MPLB Skills Concentration subject at SMK Bina Warga Bandung is still not optimal. One of the supporting factors for learning motivation is time management. Therefore, this research aims to find out whether time management has a direct or indirect influence on student learning motivation.
The research method used in this research is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach. Research data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to a population of 71 class XI MPLB SMK Bina Warga Bandung students. The data analysis technique used is Simple Regression.
The research results show that time management has a positive and significant influence on student learning motivation. The level of close relationship between variables is in the strong category based on the results of research hypothesis testing. This, time management can be said to be able to play a role in increasing learning motivation.
