Abstract

Mengoptimalkan tugas perkembangan pada usia sekolah dasar memerlukan kondisi psikologis yang sehat dan positif. Maka perlu adanya perhatian lebih terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis (psychological well – being). Kesejahteraan psikologis merupakan kompetensi yang perlu di miliki oleh peserta didik karena akan memberikan dampak positif terutama bagi pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil kesejahteraan psikologis peserta didik tingkat atas di SDN Nanggeleng 2 Kota Sukabumi dan implikasinya terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan desain cross-sectional study, pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampel jenuh digunakan, melibatkan seluruh peserta didik kelas atas di SDN Nanggeleng 2 Kota Sukabumi sebanyak 87 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum, peserta didik sekolah dasar kelas atas di SDN Nanggeleng 2 Kota Sukabumi memiliki kesejahteraan psikologis yang berada pada tingkat sedang (Moderate Psychological Well-Being). Penelitian mengindikasikan peserta didik belum mampu mencapai potensi diri yang optimal dan memerlukan layanan bimbingan dan konseling untuk mengembangkan potensi diri mereka secara optimal. Rancangan layanan bimbingan di sekolah dasar terintegrasi layanan tematik disarankan sebagai implikasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling untuk mengembangkan kesejahteraan psikologis peserta didik. Layanan berfokus pada upaya preventif dan pengembangan keterampilan. Optimizing developmental tasks at elementary school age requires a healthy and positive psychological condition. So there needs to be more attention to psychological well-being. Psychological well-being is a competency that students need to have because it will have a positive impact, especially on learning at school. The research aims to determine the psychological well-being profile of upper level students at SDN Nanggeleng 2 Sukabumi City and its implications for guidance and counseling services. The research uses a survey method with a cross-sectional study design, quantitative approach. A saturated sampling technique was used, involving all 87 upper class students at SDN Nanggeleng 2 Sukabumi City. The research results show that in general, upper class elementary school students at SDN Nanggeleng 2 Sukabumi City have moderate psychological well-being. Research indicates that students have not been able to reach their optimal potential and require guidance and counseling services to develop their potential optimally. The design of guidance in elementary schools integrated with thematic services is suggested as an implication of guidance and counseling services to develop the psychological well-being of students. Services focus on preventive efforts and skill development.
