Abstract

Selama ini kemampuan penggunaan TIK sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis TIK masih rendah, hal ini berdampak pada kinerja mengajar guru yang belum optimal. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di SDN Se-Kecamatan Sumur Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket kepada 61 guru di SDN Se-Kecamatan Sumur Bandung. Berdasarkan perhitungan kecenderungan umum dengan Weight Means Score (WMS). Hasilnya menunjukan kecenderungan umum variabel X dengan skor 3,31 termasuk kategori sangat baik. Kecenderungan umum variabel Y dengan skor 3,46 termasuk kategori sangat baik. Hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,673 yang artinya variabel X memiliki korelasi atau hubungan yang kuat dengan variabel Y. Hasil uji signifikansi diperoleh t hitung sebesar 6,996 dan t tabel sebesar 1,671, yang artinya Nilai t_hitung > t_tabel. Dengan hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 45,3% dan hasil analisis regresi diperoleh Ŷ = 16,370 + 0,673X yang berarti setiap penambahan satu poin penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK, maka dapat meningkatkan kinerja mengajar guru. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK, dengan kinerja mengajar guru di SDN Se-Kecamatan Sumur Bandung. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan guru di SDN Se-Kecamatan Sumur Bandung meningkatkan keikutsertaan dalam pelatihan-pelatihan yang dilaksanakan baik oleh pihak sekolah, dinas pendidikan, atau pihak lain yang menyelenggarakan pelatihan terkait media pembelajaran berbasis TIK serta membuat kelompok diskusi untuk berbagi pengetahuan dan saling mengulas terkait media pembelajaran berbasis TIK yang telah dibuat. So far, the ability to use ICT as an ICT-based learning media is still low, this has an impact on the teaching performance of teachers who have not been optimal. So this study aims to determine how much influence the use of ICT-based learning media has on the teaching performance of public elementary school teachers in Sumur Bandung Sub-district. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 61 public elementary school teachers in Sumur Bandung Sub-district. Based on the calculation of the general trend with Weight Means Score (WMS). The results show the general trend of variable X with a score of 3.31 including the very good category. The general tendency of variable Y with a score of 3.46 is in the very good category. The result of the correlation coefficient calculation is 0.673, which means that variable X has a strong correlation or relationship with variable Y. The results of the significance test obtained t count of 6.996 and t table of 1.671, which means that the value of t count > t table. With the test results of the coefficient of determination of 45.3% and the results of regression analysis obtained Ŷ = 16.370 + 0.673X which means that every additional one point of the use of ICT-based learning media, it can improve teacher teaching performance. So it can be concluded that, there is a positive and significant influence between the use of ICT-based learning media, with the teaching performance of public elementary school teachers in Sumur Bandung sub-district. This study recommends that public elementary school teachers in Sumur Bandung Sub-district increase participation in trainings conducted either by the school, education office, or other parties that organize training related to ICT-based learning media and create discussion groups to share knowledge and review each other related to ICT-based learning media that have been made.
