Abstract
The potential of zakat in Indonesia in 2022 is worth IDR 26 trillion, but the realization is still far from expected because BAZNAS is only able to manage 86.28%% of its potential. One of these factors is that the human resources owned by LAZ are still not competent in their fields. The performance is still low, so that the distribution of zakat is still consumptive and causes a lack of public trust in LAZ. Therefore, this study aims to test the theory of organizational behavior by analyzing the influence of organizational culture, work motivation and zakat literacy on employee performance. With a sample size of 113 respondents, which was taken using non-probability sampling techniques using saturated sample types. Saturated samples are all populations sampled. This study uses a causality method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using primary data through questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that the level of organizational culture, work motivation, zakat literacy, and employee performance were in the high category and organizational culture, work motivation and zakat literacy had a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) in Bandung City.
