Abstract
Motivasi belajar merupakan faktor penting dalam proses belajar mengajar, karena tanpa motivasi yang baik siswa akan kesulitan dalam menyerap dan mengingat informasi yang diterimanya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pra-penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti ketika menjalani P3K di SMK Pariwisata Telkom Bandung, ditemukan motivasi belajar siswa yang rendah pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung yang mengakibatkan siswa belum optimal untuk memahami dan menguasai konsep-konsep penting dalam bidang pariwisata khususnya pada mata pelajaran Tour Guiding. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Pariwisata Telkom Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian menggunakan pre-experimental one group design, pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas XI PAR 2 sebanyak 21 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Tour Guiding di kelas XI PAR 2 sebelum penerapan media pembelajaran Tiktok berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis didapatkan 78%, artinya motivasi belajar siswa dalam kategori sedang sedang. (2) motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Tour Guiding di kelas XI PAR 2 setelah penerapan media pembelajaran Tiktok berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis didapatkan 88%, artinya motivasi belajar siswa dalam kategori sedang tinggi. (3) Peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Tour Guiding di kelas XI PAR 2 setelah penerapan media pembelajaran Tiktok terdapat peningkatan sebesar 16.8% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Learning motivation is a crucial factor in the teaching and learning process, as students may face difficulty in absorbing and retaining information without proper motivation. Based on the pre-research observations conducted by the researcher during an internship at the Telkom Bandung Tourism Vocational High School, low levels of student learning motivation were identified during the ongoing learning sessions, resulting in suboptimal understanding and mastery of key concepts in the field of tourism, especially in the subject of Tour Guiding. This research was carried out at the Telkom Bandung Tourism Vocational High School. The study employed a quantitative approach and utilized a pre-experimental one-group design. Data were collected through questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of 21 students from class XI PAR 2. The research findings indicate that (1) the learning motivation of students in Tour Guiding classes in XI PAR 2 before the implementation of Tiktok as a learning media, based on hypothesis testing, was 78%, meaning that students' learning motivation was in the moderate category. (2) The learning motivation of students in Tour Guiding classes in XI PAR 2 after the implementation of Tiktok as a learning media, based on hypothesis testing, was 88%, meaning that students' learning motivation was in the moderately high category. (3) There was an increase of 16.8% in students' learning motivation in Tour Guiding classes in XI PAR 2 after the implementation of Tiktok as a learning media, and the remaining percentage was influenced by other variables.
