    Di berbagai konteks pendidikan, kepuasan belajar siswa sangat dipengaruhi oleh sekolah dalam memberikan layanan terutama pada proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini mengkaji analisis tingkat kepuasan belajar siswa yan di ukur oleh 3 indikator yaitu senang, share positif information dan tidak komplain. Fokus utama penelitian adalah mengetaui gambaran tingkat kepuasan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK BPI Bandung.
    Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Survey Explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket kuesioner dengan model skala likert dan populasi sebanyak 36 siswa kelas X OTKP di SMK BPI Bandung.
    Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kepuasan belajar siswa 4.10 berada pada kategori Puas. Skor tertinggi terdapat pada indikator Senang dengan skor sebesar 4.40 berada pada kategori sangat puas dan skor terendah terdapat pada indikator Tidak komplain dengan skor 3,38 berada pada kateori cukup puas.

    In various educational contexts, student learning satisfaction is greatly influenced by schools in providing services, especially in the teaching and learning process. This research examines the analysis of students' learning satisfaction levels which are measured by 3 indicators, namely happiness, sharing positive information and no complaints. The main focus of the research is to understand the level of student learning satisfaction. This research was conducted at SMK BPI Bandung.
    The analytical method used in this research is an Explanatory Survey. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale model and a population of 36 class X OTKP students at SMK BPI Bandung.
    The results of the research show that the level of student learning satisfaction of 4.10 is in the Satisfied category. The highest score is in the Happy indicator with a score of 4.40 in the very satisfied category and the lowest score is in the No complaints indicator with a score of 3.38 in the quite satisfied category.
