Abstract

Secara umum penelitian ini menerangkan proses mendesain kurikulum pelatihan dalam pengembangan sumber belajar digital berbasis microlearning. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan desain kurikulum pelatihan dalam mengembangkan sumber belajar digital berbasis microlearning. Landasan pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah hasil survei dari Ikatan Guru Indonesia (IGI) yang mengungkapkan bahwa kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan sumber belajar digital dan memanfaatkan teknologi masih kurang. Selanjutnya dilakukan penelitian pendahuluan dengan penyebaran kuesioner pada guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Kuningan menyatakan guru masih membutuhkan peningkatan kompetensi dalam pengembangan sumber belajar digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Design Based Research (DBR) dengan tiga tahap (1) analisis dan eksplorasi, (2) desain dan konstruk, dan (3) evaluasi dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian terdiri dari ahli kurikulum untuk melihat isi kurikulum, ahli media untuk melihat konten dari mata pelatihan dan guru sekolah dasar sebagai sample untuk melihat efektifitas dari pelaksanaan kurikulum. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten kuningan berjumlah 83 orang. Adapun pelaksanaan pelatihan digunakan metode blended learning yang dimana saat pemaparan teori 11 jam pelatihan secara daring dan pelaksanaan praktik 23 jam pelatihan secara luring. Hasil dan simpulan penelitian ini ialah 1) Kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional menjadi dasar dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan pengembangan sumber belajar digital, 2) Desain kurikulum dikembangkan melalui studi dokumentasi yang selanjutnya dilakukan observasi dilapangan terkait kebutuhan kompetensi guru, kemudian dilakukan FGD untuk menentukan kompetensi dalam pengembangan sumber belajar digital berbasis microlearning, 3) Kurikulum pelatihan pengembangan sumber belajar digital berbasis microlearning efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru SD di Kabupaten Kuningan dalam mengembangkan sumber belajar digital berbasis microlearning, khususnya pada jenis video eksplainer dan motion grafis. In general, this study describes the process of designing a training curriculum in the development of microlearning-based digital learning resources. The purpose of this research is to develop a training curriculum design in developing microlearning-based digital learning resources. The basis for conducting this research is the results of a survey from the Indonesian Teachers Association (IGI) which revealed that teacher competence in developing digital learning resources and utilizing technology is still lacking. Furthermore, preliminary research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to elementary school teachers in Kuningan Regency, stating that teachers still needed increased competence in developing digital learning resources. The research method used in this study is the Design Based Research (DBR) method with three stages (1) analysis and exploration, (2) design and construct, and (3) evaluation and reflection. The subjects in the study consisted of curriculum experts to look at curriculum content, media experts to see content from training subjects and elementary school teachers as a sample to see the effectiveness of curriculum implementation. This training was carried out for 83 elementary school teachers in Kuningan District. The implementation of the training uses the blended learning method, where during the presentation of 11 hours of theoretical training in bold and 23 hours of practical training offline. The results and conclusions of this study are 1) Pedagogic competence and professional competence are the basis for implementing digital learning resource development training, 2) Curriculum design is developed through documentation studies which are then subjected to field observations related to teacher competency needs, then FGDs are carried out to determine competency development in resource microlearning-based digital learning, 3) Microlearning-based digital learning resource development training curriculum is effective for increasing the competence of elementary school teachers in Kuningan District in developing microlearning-based digital learning resources, especially in explanatory video and motion graphics.
