Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar matematika siswa yang belum seluruhnya mencapai hasil yang maksimal. Berdasarkan studi awal menunjukkan bahwa beberapa siswa sering kali merasa kurang percaya diri dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas sekolah, kurang percaya terhadap kemampuannya sehingga mempengaruhi nilai yang didapatkannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self-efficacy terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Penelitian ini didesain dalam bentuk pendekatan Mixed Methods yang mengkombinasikan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif (Sequantial Explanatory). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV di Kecamatan Sumur Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 28 siswa. Variabel penelitian meliputi self-efficacy sebagai variabel bebas dan hasil belajar matematika sebagai variabel terikat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis korelasi, dan uji signifikan sebagai analisis kuatitatif. Sedangkan analisis kualitatif menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis korelasi rank spearman dengan hasil yaitu rho adalah 0,818 atau 0,82 yang artinya dikategorikan kuat pada tabel interpretasi korelasi rank spearman dengan nilai signifikan yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak, Ha diterima yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self-efficacy dengan hasil belajar matematika. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self-efficacy dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa sekolah dasar di Kota Bandung. This study is motivated by the results of students' mathematics learning which have not entirely achieved maximum results. Based on initial studies, it shows that some students often feel less confident in completing school assignments, lack of confidence in their abilities so that it affects the grades they get. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and students' math learning outcomes. This research is designed in the form of a Mixed Methods approach that combines quantitative and qualitative analysis (Sequantial Explanatory). The population in this study were all fourth grade students in Sumur Bandung Sub-district. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling with a sample size of 28 students. The research variables include self-efficacy as the independent variable and math learning outcomes as the dependent variable. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and significant tests as quantitative analysis. While qualitative analysis uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and triangulation. The results showed that the spearman rank correlation analysis with the results, namely rho is 0.818 or 0.82, which means it is categorized as strong in the spearman rank correlation interpretation table with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 which can be concluded that H0 is rejected, Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and mathematics learning outcomes. So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and mathematics learning outcomes of elementary school students in Bandung City.
