    Abstract

    Pentingnya perkembangan sosial emosional anak sejak dini agar anak dapat bersosialisasi dan mengolah perasaannya, maka diharapkan guru mampu meningkatkan rangsangan terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak. Media pembelajaran dapat membantu guru mengoptimalkan perkembangan anak. Sehingga diperlukan media pembelajaran untuk memfasilitasi perkembangan sosial emosional anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
    mengembangkan media Smart Maze untuk memfasilitasi perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun berdasarkan kebutuhan yang diperoleh dari hasil studi literatur dan studi pendahuluan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian pengembangan model Educational Design Research (EDR). Tahapan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tahapan dari Model McKenney dan Reeves yaitu, tahap analisis dan eksplorasi; tahap
    desain dan konstruksi; dan tahap evaluasi dan refleksi; dan kelayakan produk. Sumber data penelitian berasal dari guru dan anak kelompok B di TK Negeri Pembina dan TK Ar-Rahmah. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, angket, dan validasi ahli. Validasi dilakukan beberapa ahli validator diantaranya ahli media, ahli materi dan ahli pedagogik. Selanjutnya penelitian dilaksanakan dengan uji coba terbatas
    pada produk sebanyak dua kali yang bertempat di TK Negeri Pembina dan Tk Ar-Rahmah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media Smart Maze untuk memfasilitasi perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran pada jenjang Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD).
    The importance of children's social emotional development from an early age so that children can socialize and process their feelings, it is hoped that the teacher will be able
    to increase stimulation of children's social emotional development. Learning media can help teachers optimize children's development. So that learning media is needed to facilitate the social emotional development of children. The purpose of this research is develop Smart Maze media to facilitate the social emotional development of children aged 5-6 years based on the needs obtained from the results of literature studies and preliminary
    studies. The research method used is educational design research (EDR). The stages in this study use the stages of McKenney and Reeves, the analysis and exploration; design and construction; evaluation and reflection stage; and product eligibility. Sources of research data came from teachers and group B children at TK Negeri Pembina and TK Ar-Rahmah. The data collection techniques for this research were interviews, observations,
    questionnaires, and expert validation. Validation was carried out by several validator experts including media experts, material experts and pedagogic experts. Furthermore, the research was carried out with limited trials on the product twice which took place at TK Negeri Pembina and TK Ar-Rahmah. The results of the study show that Smart Maze media to facilitate the social emotional development of children aged 5-6 years is appropriate
    and effective for use in learning at the Early Childhood Education (PAUD).
