Abstract
Permasalahan utama yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah keberhasilan usaha sentra boneka Sukamulya Bandung. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan pada kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi pesanan yang dilihat dalam jumlah produksi, jumlah pelanggan, jumlah pendapatan, dan perbaikan sarana fisik. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan tampak terlihat ketidakberhasilan usaha. Diketahui penyebab ketidakberhasilan usaha pengusaha sentra boneka Sukamulya Bandung karena perilaku kewirausahaan yang kurang baik terutama dalam hal kemampuan hubungan dan keahlian dalam mengatur sehingga menyebabkan ketidakberhasilan usaha. Oleh karena itu perusahaan harus meningkatkan perilaku kewirausahaan yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini 1) Untuk mengetahui tingkat perilaku kewirausahaan pengusaha sentra boneka Sukamulya Bandung 2) Untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan usaha pengusaha sentra boneka Sukamulya Bandung 3) Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh perilaku kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pengusaha sentra boneka Sukamulya Bandung Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengusaha sentra boneka Sukamulya Bandung . Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku kewirausahaan dan keberhasilan usaha sebagai variable terikat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dan metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 13 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat gambaran bahwa 1) Tingkat perilaku kewirausahaan pengusaha Sentra Boneka Sukamulya Bandung pada kategori baik, 2) Tingkat keberhasilan usaha pengusaha Sentra Boneka Sukamulya Bandung ini pada kategori berhasil, 3) perilaku kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha sebesar 41,6% dan sisanya 58,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan sebagai dasar untuk dilakukannya penelitian lain mengenai perilaku kewirausahaan dan keberhasilan usaha dengan indikator serta objek yang berbeda. Kata kunci : Perilaku Kewirausahaan, Keberhasilan Usaha Issues that were examined in this study is the successful attempt of the center dolls at Sukamulya Bandung. This is shown on the company's ability in fulfilling orders seen in the number of production, number of customers, total revenues, and improvement of physical facilities. Based on the data obtained was seen unsuccessful attempt. Known causes of business failure entrepreneurs of the center dolls at Sukamulya Bandung. because of entrepreneurial behavior which is not too good especially in the case of capabilities and expertise in managing relationships thus causing the business failure. Therefore, companies need to increase entrepreneurial behavior well. The purpose of this study 1) To determine the level entrepreneurial behavior of entrepreneurs of the center dolls at Sukamulya Bandung.. 2) To determine the level of success of the business of entrepreneurs of the center dolls at Sukamulya Bandung..3) To determine the influence of entrepreneurial behavior to business success of entrepreneurs of the center dolls at Sukamulya Bandung. Objects in this study is entrepreneurs of the center dolls at Sukamulya Bandung. The independent variable in this study is entrepreneurial behavior and business success as the dependent variable. This type of research is descriptive verification and the method used is explanatory survey with saturated sample technique with a sample of 13 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Simple linear regression analysis. In this research, the evidence shows that 1) the level of entrepreneurial behavior entrepreneurs dolls at Sukamulya Bandung Center is in the good category, 2) The level of success of the business entrepreneurs center dolls at Sukamulya Bandung is in the successful category, 3) entrepreneurial behavior has a positive effect on the success of the business of 41.6% and the remaining 58.4% is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of this study is recommended as a basis for doing other research on entrepreneurial behavior and business success with indicators and different objects.
