Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) ingin mengetahui berapa besar hasil pembelajaran permainan bola basket dari urutan lay up shoot ke bounce and shoot, 2) Ingin mengetahui berapa besar hasil pembelajaran permainan bola basket dari urutan bounce and shoot ke lay up shoot, 3) Ingin mengetahui manakah yang lebih besar hasil pembelajaran permainan bola basket dari kedua urutan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/siswi ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMA Negeri 1 Ciledug Kabupaten Cirebon sebanyak 16 siswa dengan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test design dan tes lay up shoot (basket per minute) sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data yang dicari melalui rumus statistika karya Sudjana (2001) yaitu, rata-rata kelompok 1 sebesar 4,62 dengan simpangan baku 1,68 dan rata-rata kelompok 2 sebesar 4,25 dengan simpangan baku 1,75, selanjutnya hasil pengujian normalitas lilliefors kedua kelompok berdistribusi normal, dan setelah dilakukan penghitungan uji t menunjukan perbedaan peningkatan hasil latihan kedua kelompok. Dengan demikian kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kedua bentuk latihan tersebut dapat meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran dalam permainan bola basket tetapi pemberian urutan lay up shoot ke bounce and shoot lebih dapat meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran dalam permainan bola basket dibandingkan dengan pemberian urutan bounce and shoot ke lay up shoot. Kata Kunci : Urutan pembelajaran, tes lay up shoot The purpose of this study is 1) want to know how big the learning outcomes of the game of basketball sequence lay up shoot to bounce and shoot, 2) Want to know how big the learning outcomes of the game of basketball sequence bounce and shoot to lay up shoot, 3) Want to know where greater learning outcomes of the second basketball game of the sequence. The method used in this study is the experimental method. The sample used in this study were student / student extracurricular basketball SMAN 1 Ciledug Cirebon as many as 16 students using the pre-test and post-test design and lay up shot test (basketball per minute) as a research instrument. Analysis of the data sought by the statistical formula works Sudjana (2001), namely, the average group 1 was 4.62 with a standard deviation of 1.68 and an average group 2 of 4.25 with a standard deviation of 1.75, then the results of the test for normality Lilliefors both groups were normally distributed, and after calculating the t test results showed differences in the increase in both exercise groups. Thus the conclusion of this study is that both forms of exercise can improve learning outcomes in the game of basketball but lay up giving the order to shoot and shoot more bounce to improve learning outcomes in the game of basketball than the order granting the bounce and shoot to lay up shoot.
