Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kondisi komponen 4A (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity , dan Ancillary) yang terdapat pada objek wisata alam Cimincul Subang dengan mengidentifikasi kepuasan pengunjung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden melalui google form. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan populasi pengunjung wisata air Cimincul Subang dengan jumlah 150 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator atraksi (X1), aksesibilitas (X2), amenitas (X3) dan fasilitas tambahan (X4) dalam destinasi wisata secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengunjung (Y). The purpose of this research is to identify the component 4A conditions (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity, and Ancillary) contained in the Cimincul Subang natural tourism object by identifying visitor satisfaction. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The research instrument was a questionnaire which was distributed to respondents via the Google form. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a population of 150 visitors to Cimincul Subang water tourism. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the indicators of attractions (X1), accessibility (X2), amenities (X3) and additional facilities (X4) in tourist destinations partially affect visitor satisfaction (Y).
