    Abstract

    The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how much the handball player's movement intensity is in various player positions during the match and whether there are differences in the test results of the handball players based on these differences in position.
    In this study the descriptive method was used because in this study no control and manipulation of research variables was carried out. To obtain factual information, tests are used in research. The tool used is the Polar GPS Vantage M5 to collect data on the intensity of the players' movements.
    In this study, the sample used was 6 people, taken using the total sampling technique or the entire sample. Data collection was carried out by playing handball for 30 minutes.
    The results of this study are handball players from various positions carrying out game activities with high intensity. This is evidenced by the average maximum heart rate of the handball players themselves, which is 172.5 Bpm. Apart from that, there are also significant differences in movement intensity, distance traveled, maximum and average speed, maximum and average heart rate, and calorie burn for handball players in various positions.
