Abstract

Abstrak Model Team Assisted Individualization adalah model yang menggabungkan keunggulan program pengajaran kooperatif dan individual, model pembelajaran ini memberikan tekanan pada efek sosial dari belajar kooperatif, model ini dirancang untuk memecahkan masalah misalnya, tentang kesulitan belajar siswa secara individual. Peneliti mengamati siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Cipocook Jaya 1 menunjukkan beberapa kenyataan yaitu penurunan hasil ulangan harian, kurang aktif dan menyukai sesuatu kegiatan yang baru. Terdapat fakta bahwa siswa kelas IV Cipocok Jaya 1 memiliki kemampuan yang heterogen karena adanya perbedaan kemampuan antar siswa. Masih tedapat hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai di bawah 73 KKM, ini menjadi alasan peneliti mengambil penelitian tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desain (PTK) subjek berjumlah 43 siswa, penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Cipocok Jaya 1 Serang Banten. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, pada setiap pertemuan dilaksanakan tahap-tahap meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi, sedangkan pengumpulan data hasil penelitian menggunakan observasi, soal tes dan dokumentasi berupa potret. Pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV meningkat pada setiap siklus, siklus I yaitu 72,56 siklus II yaitu 83,78. Berdasarkan data dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS di kelas IV SD Negeri Cipocok Jaya 1. Abstract The Team Assisted Individualization is a model that combines the advantages of cooperative and individual teaching programs, this learning model emphasizes the social effects of cooperative learning, this model is designed to solve problems such as individual student learning difficulties. The researcher observed that fourth grade students at SD Negeri Cipocook Jaya 1 showed several facts, namely a decrease in the results of daily tests, being less active and liking new activities. There is a fact that students in class IV Cipocok Jaya 1 have heterogeneous abilities due to differences in abilities between students. There are still student learning outcomes with scores below 73 KKM, this is the reason researchers take this research. This study used the design method (PTK) with a total of 43 students. The research was conducted at SD Negeri Cipocok Jaya 1 Serang Banten. The research was conducted in two cycles, at each meeting the stages included planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting were carried out, while collecting research data using observation, test questions and documentation in the form of portraits. In this study, it showed that the science learning outcomes of class IV students increased in each cycle, the first cycle was 72.56, the second cycle was 83.78. Based on the data, it can be interpreted that applying the Team Assisted Individualization learning model can improve science learning outcomes in class IV SD Negeri Cipocok Jaya 1.
