Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya perkembangan kreativitas kelompok B di TK Condrodimuko. Tujuannya yaitu mengetahui penerapan metode proyek pada kelompok B dan mengetahui peningkatan kreativitas kelompok B TK Condrodimuko melalui metode proyek. Peneliti menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian yaitu 17 anak kelompok B TK Condrodimuko yang terdiri dari 9 anak laki-laki dan 8 anak perempuan serta 1 guru kelas kelompok B. Peneliti melakukan observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini. Hasil observasi menyatakan kreativitas kelompok B TK Condrodimuko meningkat. Tahap pra siklus, kreativitas kelompok B pada kategori MB (Mulai Berkembang) dengan hasil 43,38%. Namun setelah diberi tindakan siklus I menggunakan metode proyek, kreativitas anak mencapai persentase 60,15% dengan kriteria BSH (Berkembang Sesuai Harapan) dan pada tahap siklus II terjadinya peningkatan kreativitas kembali yaitu mencapai 86,91% dikategorikan BSB (Berkembang Sangat Baik). Dengan demikian, maka metode proyek dapat diterapkan sebagai metode pembelajaran dalam upaya meningkatkan kreativitas anak kelompok B.
This research is motivated by the low creativity development of group B in Condrodimuko Kindergarten. The aim is to find out the application of the project method to group B and to find out the increase in the creativity of group B at Condrodimuko Kindergarten through the project method. The researcher used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with the research subjects namely 17 children in group B of Condrodimuko Kindergarten consisting of 9 boys and 8 girls and 1 class teacher in group B. The researcher conducted observations and documentation as a data collection technique in this study. The observation results stated that the creativity of group B of Condrodimuko Kindergarten increased. The pre-cycle stage, group B's creativity was in the MB category (Beginning to Develop) with a yield of 43.38%. However, after being given cycle I actions using the project method, children's creativity reached a percentage of 60.15% with the BSH criteria (Developing According to Expectations) and in the second cycle stage there was an increase in creativity again, namely reaching 86.91% which was recommended by BSB (Very Well Developed). Thus, the project method can be applied as a learning method in an effort to increase the creativity of group B children.
