Abstract
Anak usia balita merupakan suatu periode usia manusia yang perlu untuk diamati, seperti dalam pemantauan status gizi anak (Arzaqi, 2022). Pada masa sekarang ini masih terdapat banyak orang tuayang belum mengetahui dengan jelas bagaimana status gizi anaknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hasil penilaian status gizi anak usia balita berdasarkan berat badan dan umurdi Posyandu Beringin IV Kelurahan Serang.Penelitian ini menggunakana metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Z-score dari Permenkes No 2 Tahun 2020 yang berpatokan pada tabel standar antropometri gizi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli tahun 2023 di Posyandu Beringin IV Kelurahan Serang. Populasi penelitian merupakan 70 anak usia balita dengan rentang umur 0-59 bulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat 44 anak usia balita (62.86%) dengan status gizi berat badan normal, 12 anak usia balita (17.14%) dengan status gizi berat badan kurang (underweight), 0 anak usia balita (0%) dengan status gizi berat badan sangat kurang (severely underweight) dan 14 anak usia balita (20.00%) dengan status gizi resiko berat badan lebih. Secara garis besar status gizi anak usia balita yang paling dominan adalah anak dengan status gizi berat badan normal. Oleh karena itu orang tuaperlu mengetahui bagaimana status gizi anak usia balita agar anak terhindar dari berbagai macam resiko, gangguan atau penyakit yang dapat menyerangnya. Toddler age is a period of human age that needs to be observed, such as in monitoring the nutritional status of children (Arzaqi, 2022). At this time there are still many parents who do not know clearly how the nutritional status of their children. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the assessment of the nutritional status of children under five based on body weight and age at Posyandu Beringin IV, Serang Village. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique was carried out using the Z-score formula from Permenkes No. 2 of 2020 which is based on the standard nutritional anthropometric table. The research was carried out in July 2023 at the Beringin IV Posyandu, Serang Village. The study population consisted of 70 toddlers aged 0-59 months. Based on the results of the study, there were 44 children under five (62.86%) with normal weight nutritional status, 12 children under five (17.14%) with underweight nutritional status, 0 children under five (0%) with nutritional status very less (severely underweight) and 14 children under five (20.00%) with nutritional status are at risk of being overweight. Broadly speaking, the most dominant nutritional status of children under five is children with normal weight nutritional status. Therefore parents need to know how the nutritional status of children under five so that children avoid various kinds of risks, disorders or diseases that can attack them.
