Abstract

Career adaptability penting bagi karyawan fresh graduate dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi pada masa transisi dari dunia perkuliahan ke dunia kerja. Salah satu faktor yang berperan penting terhadap career adaptability yaitu resiliensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh resiliensi terhadap career adaptability pada fresh graduate di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desiain penelitian korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling berupa convenience sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 349 fresh graduate di Kota Bandung yang memiliki rentang usia 21-25 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) (25 item) dan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) (24 item). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif sebesar 0.791 dari resiliensi terhadap career adaptability pada fresh graduate di Kota Bandung. Career adaptability is important for fresh graduate employees in dealing with the changes that occur during the transition from the world of lectures to the world of work. One factor that plays an important role in career adaptability is resilience. This research aims to examine the effect of resilience on career adaptability in fresh graduates in the city of Bandung. This study aims to examine the influence of resilience on career adaptability among fresh graduates in Kota Bandung. This study used a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling in the form of convenience sampling with a sample of 349 fresh graduates in Kota Bandung, aged 21-25 years. The instruments in this study used the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) (25 items) and the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) (24 items). The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The result in this study indicated that there is a significant positive effect (0.791) on resilience on career adaptability among fresh graduates in Kota Bandung.
