Abstract
Peer attachment merupakan hubungan emosional dengan teman sebaya yang diperlukan karena mempengaruhi terhadap perkembangan diri remaja secara pribadi dan sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat rancangan layanan pribadi-sosial untuk meningkatkan peer attachment berdasarkan hasil asesmen mengenai peer attachment peserta didik kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif, dan desain penelitian menggunakan survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 berjumlah 398 orang. Instrumen penelitian mengacu pada aspek yang dikembangkan Armsden & Greenberg. Hasil penelitian ini adalah rancangan layanan bimbingan pribadi-sosial untuk mengembangkan peer attachment dari hasil asesmen peer attachment peserta didik kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 yang secara umum menunjukkan lebih banyak berada pada kategori anxious-ambivalent attachment dengan makna peserta didik memiliki komunikasi dan kepercayaan terhadap teman sebaya namun ragu akan hubungannya sehingga menimbulkan kecemasan jika figur lekat (teman sebaya) tidak ada. Selain itu, tidak terdapat perbedaan antara peserta didik berdasarkan kepada jumlah kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang diikuti. Peer attachment is an emotional relationship with peers that is necessary because it influences the development of adolescents personally and socially. The purpose of this research is to design personal-social services to improve peer attachment based on the results of the assessment regarding peer attachment class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Bandung for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The research used a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods, and the research design used a survey. The population of this study was all class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Bandung in the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 398 people. The research instrument refers to aspects developed by Armsden & Greenberg. The result of this research is the design of personal-social guidance services to develop peer attachment from the results of the assessment peer attachment class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Bandung in the Academic Year 2022/2023 which generally show that they are more in the anxious-ambivalent attachment with the meaning that students have communication and trust in their peers but are unsure of the relationship, causing anxiety if there are no attachment figures (peers). In addition, there is no difference between students based on the number of extracurricular activities they participated in.
