Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari hasil temuan di kelas XI Fase F11 SMA Negeri 1 Lembang yaitu rendahnya keterampilan literasi sejarah lokal siswa pada pembelajaran sejarah. Pengajaran sejarah lokal memiliki potensi menghubungkan siswa dengan realitas sekitar, mengaplikasikan teori dalam konteks nyata, namun masih minim penerapan oleh para guru. Dari permasalahan tersebut, maka peneliti merumuskan permasalahan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yakni Bagaimana Penerapan Project Based Learning Melalui Vlog dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Literasi Sejarah Lokal. Tujuan utama penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan literasi sejarah lokal dalam penerapan Project Based Learning melalui vlog pada pembelajaran sejarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan desain penelitian yang dikembangkan oleh MC Kernan. Desain ini terdiri atas beberapa tahapan seperti definisi masalah, tindakan menetapkan kebutuhan, hipotesis ide, rencana tindakan, implementasi, evaluasi tindakan, dan penetapan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pada tahap perencanaan penerapan project based learning melalui vlog, peneliti mengamati kelas XI Fase F11 di SMA Negeri 1 Lembang dan mengidentifikasi rendahnya literasi sejarah lokal sebagai permasalahan utama. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, penelti melakukan sebanyak dua siklus dengan tiga tindakan pada setiap siklusnya. Diterapkannya penelitian ini menunujukan bahwa literasi sejarah lokal siswa mengalami peningkatan pada setiap tindakannya. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini mengalami beberapa kendala namun dapat teratasi dengan berbagai upaya yang dilakukan guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dengan penerapan Project Based Learning melaui vlog pada pembelajaran sejarah dapat menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan literasi sejarah lokal. This research is motivated by the findings in class XI Fase F11 of SMA Negeri 1 Lembang, which indicate the low level of local historical literacy skills among students in history learning. Teaching local history has the potential to connect students with their surroundings, apply theories in real-life contexts, yet its implementation by teachers remains limited. From this issue, the researcher formulates the problem addressed in this study as follows: How is the Implementation of Project Based Learning Through Vlogs in Efforts to Enhance Local Historical Literacy. The main objective of this research is to enhance local historical literacy through the implementation of Project Based Learning using vlogs in history teaching. This study employs the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with a research design developed by MC Kernan. This design comprises several stages such as problem definition, action to determine needs, hypothesis ideation, action planning, implementation, action evaluation, and determination. The results of this study indicate that in the planning stage of implementing project-based learning through vlogs, the researcher observed class XI Fase F11 at SMA Negeri 1 Lembang and identified the low level of local historical literacy as the main issue. During the implementation stage, the researcher conducted two cycles with three actions in each cycle. The application of this study showed that students' local historical literacy improved with each action taken. The implementation of this research faced several challenges, which were overcome through various efforts by the teacher. Based on the results of this study, the implementation of Project Based Learning through vlogs in history teaching can serve as a solution to enhance local historical literacy.
