Abstract
Keterampilan mengajar “pengaturan gerak siswa” dibagi menjadi empat, yaitu titik sempurna, pergerakan bebas, struktur gerak berpola, dan halang rintang. Penulis lebih dalam membahas tentang titik sempurna dan pergerakan bebas. Dalam pendidikan jasmani, waktu aktif belajar siswa adalah banyaknya waktu yang digunakan atau dibutuhkan oleh siswa dalam proses melaksankan pembelajaran secara aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan jumlah waktu aktif belajar siswa melalui penerapan keterampilan mengajar pengaturan gerak siswa dalam pendidikan jasmani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menerapkan rancangan penelitian yang dikembangkan oleh Kurt Lewin. Penelitian terdiri atas beberapa tahapan, yaitu sebagai berikut: (1) perencanaan, (2) aksi atau tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Tempat penelitian di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Pabean Udik Kabupaten Indramayu dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas IV. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakaan instrumen Duration Recording, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Dari rata-rata aspek jumlah waktu aktif belajar, didapat kesimpulan melalui penerapan keterampilan mengajar pengaturan gerak siswa dalam pendidikan jasmani itu dapat meningkatan jumlah waktu aktif belajarnya. Penerapan keterampilan mengajar pengaturan gerak siswa dalam pendidikan jasmani juga dapat berdampak pada waktu aktif belajar siswa yang semakin berkembang. The teaching skill of "student movement regulation" is divided into four, namely perfect points, free movement, patterned movement structures, and obstacles. The author discusses more about perfect points and free movement. In physical education, active student learning time is the amount of time used or needed by students in the process of actively implementing learning. This study aims to determine the increase in the amount of active student learning time through the application of teaching skills for student movement arrangements in physical education. The research method used is the Classroom Action Research method by applying the research design developed by Kurt Lewin. The research consists of several stages, which are as follows: (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The place of research was at State Elementary School 2 Pabean Udik, Indramayu Regency with the research subject of grade IV students. This research was conducted in two cycles. Data were collected using Duration Recording instruments, field notes, and documentation. From the average aspect of the amount of active learning time, it is concluded that through the application of teaching skills for regulating student movement in physical education it can increase the amount of active learning time. The application of teaching skills for student motion regulation in physical education can also have an impact on students' active learning time which is increasingly developing.
