Abstract

Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter yang baik pada siswa. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam mengajar PPKn adalah bagaimana membuat pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik, interaktif, dan mendorong kreativitas siswa. Dalam konteks ini, pendekatan pembelajaran PPKn berorientasi TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge) muncul sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran PPKn berorientasi TPACK di SMAN 19 Bandung dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kreativitas siswa. Pendekatan ini mengintegrasikan pengetahuan konten PPKn, pengetahuan pedagogis, dan pengetahuan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan partisipan wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum, guru PPKn dan siswa di kelas 12 IPS III dan IV SMAN 19 Bandung. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelas, wawancara dengan guru PPKn, wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum serta perwakilan siswa dari kedua kelas tersebut. Penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran PPKn berorientasi TPACK melibatkan penggunaan teknologi, seperti presentasi menggunakan power point dan platform pembelajaran digital lainnya. Guru PPKn yang terlatih dalam TPACK dapat menggabungkan penggunaan teknologi dengan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai, seperti diskusi kelompok, pembelajaran berbasis game dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran PPKn berorientasi TPACK di SMAN 19 Bandung memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kreativitas siswa. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif dan terlibat dalam pembelajaran, mereka dapat memunculkan ide-ide baru, berpikir kritis, dan menghasilkan karya-karya kreatif terkait dengan materi PPKn. Penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran juga membantu siswa memperluas pemahaman mereka tentang nilai-nilai Pancasila dan meningkatkan kemampuan digital mereka. However, the challenge faced in teaching Civics is how to make learning more interesting, interactive, and encourage student creativity. In this context, the TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge) oriented PPKn learning approach emerged as a solution to increase student creativity. This study aims to determine the application of the TPACK-oriented Civics learning approach at SMAN 19 Bandung and its impact on increasing student creativity. This approach integrates Civic Education content knowledge, pedagogical knowledge, and technological knowledge in the learning process. The research method used was a case study with participants from the vice principal of the curriculum section, Civics teachers and students in class 12 IPS III and IV SMAN 19 Bandung. Data was collected through class observations, interviews with Civics teachers, vice principals of the curriculum section and student representatives from the two classes. The application of a TPACK-oriented Civics learning approach involves the use of technology, such as presentations using power point and other digital learning platforms. Civics teachers trained in TPACK can combine the use of technology with appropriate learning methods, such as group discussions, game-based learning and project-based learning. The results showed that the application of the TPACK-oriented PPKn learning approach at SMAN 19 Bandung had a positive impact on increasing student creativity. Students become more active and involved in learning, they can come up with new ideas, think critically, and produce creative works related to Civics material. The use of technology in learning also helps students broaden their understanding of Pancasila values and improve their digital skills.
