Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya hasil pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan siswa pada jurusan OTKP di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Masalah ini penting untuk diatasi, karena apabila permasalahan ini terus dibiarkan maka upaya untuk mencapai pendidikan kejuruan yang bertujuan mencetak lulusan siap kerja tidak akan terealisasikan. Salah satu faktor pendukung keberhasilan pendidikan kejuruan dan mencetak lulusan siap kerja ialah menguasai kemampuan sesuai bidang masing-masing. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penguasaan kompetensi keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran memiliki pengaruh baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah explanatory survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket dengan populasi 44 siswa Kelas XI pada jurusan Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan kompetensi keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan siswa, dimana jika penguasaan kompetensi keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran meningkat maka pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan juga akan meningkat dengan mengacu kepada nilai statistik yang telah disajikan. Tingkat keeratan hubungan antar variabel berada pada kategori kuat atau tinggi berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis penelitian. Dengan demikian, penguasaan kompetensi keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran dapat dikatakan mampu memberikan peranan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas hasil pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan. The problem studied in this study is the low results of the implementation of Student Field Work Practices in the OTKP major at SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. This problem is important to address, because if this problem continues, efforts to achieve vocational education aimed at producing work-ready graduates will not be realized. One of the factors supporting the success of vocational education and producing work-ready graduates is mastering skills according to their respective fields. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether the mastery of office administration skills competencies has a direct or indirect effect on the implementation of student field work practices. The research method used in this research is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach. The research data was obtained through questionnaires with a population of 44 class XI students in the Office Management Automation Department. The data analysis technique used is Simple Regression. The results of the study show that the mastery of Office Administration skills competencies has a positive and significant influence on the implementation of Student Field Work Practices, where if the mastery of Office Administration skills competencies increases, the implementation of Field Work Practices will also increase with reference to the statistical values that have been presented. The level of closeness of the relationship between variables is in the strong/high category based on the results of the research hypothesis test. Thus, the mastery of office administration competency skills can be said to be able to provide a role in increasing the effectiveness of the results of implementing field work practices.
