Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan literasi budaya dan kewargaan peserta didik dengan ditemukannya fakta masih banyak peserta didik yang belum mendalami identitas budaya bangsa dan belum menyelami keragaman budaya yang ada di Indonesia bahkan di tempat tinggalnya sendiri. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul ajar IPAS materi keragaman budaya Indonesia berorientasi value clarification technique untuk menumbuhkan literasi budaya dan kewargaan peserta didik kelas IV SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Design and Development (D&D) yang dikembangkan oleh Branch melalui lima tahapan yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation atau (ADDIE). Pengembangan rancangan modul ajar menghasilkan TP dan ATP. Pengembangan desain modul ajar disusun secara sistematis meliputi identitas modul ajar, komponen inti dan lampiran. Modul ajar diuji kelayakannya oleh empat ahli, yaitu ahli materi, ahli desain, ahli pembelajaran, dan ahli bahasa berupa angket dengan presentase nilai ahli materi 100%, ahli desain 95%, ahli pembelajaran 100%, dan validasi ahli bahasa 95%, dengan rata-rata kategori sangat layak. Selain itu dilakukan implementasi menggunakan modul ajar kepada 25 orang peserta didik. Hasil uji kemampuan literasi budaya dan kewargaan yang dilakukan melalui pretest dan post-test diperoleh rata-rata nilai pretest adalah 54.8 berkategori kurang baik, dan rata-rata nilai post-test adalah 81.8 berkategori sangat baik, dengan hasil rata-rata N-gain sebesar 0.60079174 atau berkriteria sedang. This reaserch is motivated by the low ability of cultural and citizenship literacy of students with the fact that there are many students who have not explored the nation’s cultural identity and have not explored teh cultural diversity that exist in Indonesia, even in their own homes. Based on this, this study aims to develop a social science teaching module on Indonesian cultural diversity oriented value clarification technique to grow cultural and citizenship literacy for fourth grade elementary school students. The research method used in this research is the Design and Development (D&D) method developed by Branch, through five stage, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation (ADDIE). The development of the teaching module plan generate TP and ATP. The development of teaching module design is arranged systematically including the identity of teaching module, the core components and attachment of teaching module. The elegibility of the teaching module was validated by four experts, namely a material expert, a design expert, a learning expert, and a linguist were in the form of a questionnaire with a score presentation of 100% from material expert, from design expert to 95%, from learning expert to 100%, and from linguist to 95%. With the results of the average is very good category. In addition, the implementation was conducted on 25 students used teaching module. The results of the student’s literacy ability test which were carried out through the pretest and post test obtained an average pretest score were 54.8 in the bad category, and average post-test were 81.8 very good category with an average N-gain results 0.60079174 or moderate criteria.
