Abstract

Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya hasil belajar siswa Jurusan OTKP di SMK BPI Bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis HOTS terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 45 orang di SMK BPI Bandung Jurusan OTKP XI dan XII. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian persepsi siswa pada pembelajaran berbasis HOTS berada pada kategori baik dan hasil belajar dengan pengujian 3 indikator afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotorik berada pada kategori baik. Kemudian hasil uji hipotesis yang dilakukan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis HOTS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa Kelas XI dan XII mata pelajaran OTK Kepegwaian di SMK BPI Bandung. Dengan demikian hasil belajar siswa dapat dioptimalkan melalui peningkatan pembelajaran berbasis HOTS. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, Higher Order Thinking Skills, Hasil Belajar The problem that is being studied in this research is the low learning outcomes of OTKP students at SMK BPI Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of HOTS-based learning on learning outcomes. This study used a survey method with data collection techniques, namely using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The total population in this study was 45 people at BPI Bandung Vocational School, OTKP XI and XII Departments. The data analysis technique used is a simple regression technique. Based on the results of research conducted that learning based on student perceptions related to HOTS skills is in the pretty good category and learning outcomes by testing 3 affective, cognitive, and psychomotor indicators are in the pretty good category. Then the results of the hypothesis testing were carried out that HOTS-based learning had a positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of Class XI and XII students in the Employment OTK subject at BPI Bandung Vocational School. Thus student learning outcomes can be optimized through increased learning based on HOTS. Keywords: Learning, Higher Order Thinking Skills, Learning Outcomes
