Abstract

ABSTRAK Ona Pebriani, 2023 : Pengaruh Pengalaman Siswa pada Pelaksanaan Model Teaching Factory Terhadap Kesiapan Karir Siswa SMK Perwujudan dari usaha untuk membantu siswa mengetahui kondisi kerja yang sebenarnya dan potensi diri dalam bekerja dibutuhkan suatu kurikulum yang berorientasi di dunia kerja saat ini. Dalam hal ini pemerintah selalu membuat inovasi terbaru sebagai upaya yang dilakukan untuk pembaharuan yang dapat mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Salah satu kegiatan pembelajaran dari pembaharuan tersebut adalah pelaksanaan teaching factory. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan model teaching factory, pengalaman siswa pada pelaksanaan model teaching factory, kesiapan karir siswa, dampak pelaksanaan model teaching factory terhadap hasil belajar siswa, serta pengaruh pengalaman siswa pada pelaksanaan model teaching factory terhadap kesiapan karir siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pre eksperimental design dengan desain penelitian one group pretest posttest design. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket, observasi dan tes keterampilan. Uji prasyarat analisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji linearitas, sedangkan uji hipotesis data menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dan uji R Square dengan menggunakan bantuan program pengolahan SPSS versi 19. Objek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu metode sensus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan model teaching factory berjalan dengan baik, sebagian besar siswa mempunyai pengalaman yang sangat baik pada tahap pendahuluan dan mempunyai pengalaman baik pada tahap inti dan evaluasi, sebagian besar siswa memiliki kesiapan karir yang cukup baik pada aspek bekerja, sebagian besar siswa memiliki kesiapan karir yang baik pada aspek melanjutkan pendidikan, dan sebagian besar siswa siswa memiliki kesiapan karir yang sangat baik pada aspek wirausaha, pelaksanaan model teaching factory berdampak terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan terdapat pengaruh dari pengalaman siswa pada pelaksanaan teaching factory terhadap kesiapan karir siswa dengan pengaruh sebesar 68.2 %. Kata Kunci: Teaching factory, kesiapan karir, hasil belajar.   ABSTRACT Ona pebriani, 2023: The Influence of Students' Experience in the Implementation of the Teaching Factory Model on the Career Readiness of Vocational High School Students. The realization of efforts to assist students in understanding the actual work conditions and self-potential in employment requires a curriculum oriented towards the current world of work. In this regard, the government consistently introduces the latest innovations as efforts are made for reforms that can support the learning activities in Vocational High Schools. One of the learning activities resulting from this reform is the implementation of the teaching factory. The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze the implementation of the teaching factory model, students' experiences in the implementation of the teaching factory model, students' career readiness, the impact of the implementation of the teaching factory model on students' learning outcomes, and the influence of students' experiences in the implementation of the teaching factory model on students' career readiness. This research was conducted using the pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research instruments consisted of questionnaires, observations, and skills tests. Prerequisite analysis tests were conducted, including tests for normality, homogeneity, and linearity. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing for the data employed simple linear regression and the R Square test, utilizing the assistance of the SPSS version 19 data processing program. The subject of this research consists of 45 students, selected using the sampling technique of the census method. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the teaching factory model proceeded well. The majority of students had a very positive experience during the preliminary stage and a good experience during the core and evaluation stages. Most students have a fairly good level of career readiness in the aspect of work, while the majority of students exhibit good career readiness in the aspect of pursuing further education, furthermore the majority of students exhibit a very strong level of career readiness in the entrepreneurial aspect. The implementation of the teaching factory model has an impact on students' learning outcomes, and there is an influence from students' experiences in the implementation of the teaching factory on students' career readiness, with an influence of 68.2%.
