Abstract
Adanya dampak pembangunan Sirkuit Mandalika mengakibatkan perubahan di masyarakat. Fenomena dan juga relasi yang terjadi antara setiap elemen di masyarakat menjadi penting untuk dikaji. Banyak aspek seperti mata pencaharian, pola pikir, organisasi sosial, dan konsen terhadap isu pelestarian kebudayaan lokal di tengah perubahan akan menjadi sia-sia jika tidak dibarengi dengan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten. Untuk menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten perlu adanya kerja sama antar lembaga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konstruksi sinergitas peran orang tua dan SMKN 1 Praya dalam peningkatan kompetensi siswa sebagai respons pembangunan Sirkuit Mandalika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa pada aspek hard skill dan soft skill di departemen front office dan housekeeping berupa membimbing, memfasilitasi, dan memotivasi. Adapun peran civitas SMKN 1 Praya mulai dari kepala sekolah, waka hubin, waka kurikulum, dan guru produktif. Kolaborasi dua lembaga ini ditopang juga oleh industri. Adanya sinergitas peran antar lembaga ini terbalut dalam kegiatan tatap muka dan tatap maya dengan mengutamakan transmisi pengetahuan soft skill dan juga hard skill kepada siswa. Transmisi pengetahuan tersebut akan berkesinambungan dengan peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia. Adanya kesadaran relasi yang membentuk sinergitas positif antara orang tua dan lembaga pendidikan mempengaruhi satu sama lain dalam peningkatan kompetensi siswa. The impact of the construction of the Mandalika Circuit has resulted in changes in society. The phenomena and relations that occur between every element in society are important to study. Many aspects such as the eye of jewels, mindset, social organization, and concern for the issue of preserving local culture in the midst of change will be in vain if not accompanied by competent human resources. To create competent human resources, cooperation between institutions is needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the synergetic construction of the role of parents and Praya 1 Public Vocational School in increasing student capacity as a response to the construction of the Mandalika Circuit. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the role of parents in increasing student competence in the aspects of hard skills and soft skills in the front office and housekeeping departments is in the form of guiding, facilitating, and motivating. The role of the Praya 1 Vocational High School community starts from the school principal, vice hubin, deputy head of curriculum, and productive teachers. The collaboration of the two institutions is also supported by the industry. The synergy between the roles of these institutions is wrapped up in face-to-face and virtual face-to-face activities by prioritizing the transmission of knowledge on soft skills and hard skills to students. The transmission of this knowledge will be irrational with an increase in the competence of human resources. There is an awareness relationship that forms a positive synergy between parents and educational institutions influencing each other in increasing student competency.
