Abstract

Kemajuan bangsa dapat dilihat dari kualitas pendidikan yang baik, pendidikan
berkualitas membentuk adab sesuai dengan hakekat bangsa. Pendidikan di Indonesia
mengalami beberapa kali perubahan dan perbaikan kurikulum menyesuaiakan
perkembangan jaman. Kurikulum 2013 diyakini mampu mengubah sumber daya
manusia yang mampu menghadapi tantangan dimasa depan, Pemerintah telah
membuat kebijakan dengan merumuskan empat jenis kompetensi guru sebagai
pendidik. Kompetensi pedagogik diperoleh melalui upaya belajar yang
berkesinambungan baik pada masa sekolah keguruan yang didukung oleh bakat,
minat, dan profesi yang bersangkutan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk memperoleh data tentang implementsi 7
aspek kompetensi pedagogik guru, untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi oleh
guru terkait 7 aspek implementasi kompetensi pedagogik guru, dan untuk mengetahui
upaya guru mengatasi kendala dalam 7 aspek implementasi kompetensi pedagogik
guru dalam pembelajaran berbasis K13 pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN 45
Antapani kota Bandung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan karena membuktikan kembali
teori dan praktek yang dilakukan guru di sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian
kualitatif, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu desktiptif.
Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan pengkajian
dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Implementasi 7 aspek kompetensi
pedagogik guru dalam pembelajaran berbasi k13 pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN
45 Antapani Kota Bandung yaitu Menguasai karakteristik peserta didik, Menguasai
teori belajar dan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran, Kegiatan pembelajaran yang
mendidik, Pengembangan potensi peserta didik, Komunikasi dengan peserta didik,
Penilaian dan evaluasi sudah terpenuhi secara menyeluruh meskipun terdapat
kendala, hal tersebut diperkuat dengan hasil wawancara tidak langsung kepada siswa
mengenai kompetensi guru IPS menunjukan hasil yang baik.

The progress of the nation can be seen from the quality of good education, quality
education forms manners in accordance with the nature of the nation. Education in
Indonesia has undergone several changes and improvements to the curriculum
according to the times. The 2013 curriculum is believed to be able to change human
resources that are able to face future challenges, the Government has made a policy by
formulating four types of teacher competencies as educators. Pedagogic competence is
obtained through continuous learning efforts both during the teaching school period
which is supported by the talents, interests, and professions concerned.
This study aims to obtain data on the implementation of 7 aspects of teacher
pedagogical competence, to determine the obstacles faced by teachers related to 7
aspects of teacher pedagogical competence implementation, and to determine the
teacher's efforts to overcome obstacles in 7 aspects of teacher pedagogical competence
implementation in K13-based learning in the eyes of social studies lessons at SMPN
45 Antapani, Bandung. This research was conducted because it re-proves the theory
and practice of teachers in schools. This research is a qualitative research, the method
used in this research is descriptive.
Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and document review.
The results of this study indicate that the implementation of 7 aspects of teacher
pedagogic competence in k13-based learning in social studies subjects at SMPN 45
Antapani City of Bandung, namely Mastering the characteristics of students,
Mastering learning theories and learning principles, Educational learning activities,
Development of student potential, Communication with students, assessment and
evaluation have been met thoroughly despite the obstacles, this is reinforced by the
results of indirect interviews with students regarding the competence of social studies
teachers showing good results.
