Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Selera Musik Dangdut Karyawan Konveksi Jaya Abadi Terhadap Dangdut Koplo di Desa Kertajaya”. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui alasan karyawan konveksi Jaya Abadi terhadap lagu dangdut koplo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode studi kasus kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu meneliti selera musik karyawan konveksi Jaya Abadi terhadap dangdut koplo di desa Kertajaya. Data kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, studi literatur, dan studi dokumentasi. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi penelitian didunia pendidikan musik, dan masyarakat sebagai edukasi musik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa, dari keenam karyawan, lima dari mereka menyatakan bahwa berselera terhadap lagu dangdut koplo dikarenakan menurut mereka suara pada tabuhan gendang yang keras dan bertempo cepat, menjadikan mereka merasa terhibur dan merasa lebih bersemangat dalam bekerja. Tidak hanya itu, kaeyawan berselera terhadap dangdut koplo juga dikarenakan pembawaan penyanyi dalam menyanyikan lagu dangdut koplo tersebut sangat merdu dan lembut sehingga enak didengar. Selanjutnya, lirik lagu dalam dangdut koplo juga sering kali mewakili isi hati karyawan dan menginspirasi mereka. This research is entitled "Employees of the Jaya Abadi Convection's Dangdut Music Tastes Against Dangdut Koplo in Kertajaya Village". The purpose of this study is to find out the reasons for the Jaya Abadi convection employees to the dangdut koplo song. The method used in this study is using a descriptive qualitative case study method, which examines the musical tastes of Jaya Abadi convection employees towards dangdut koplo in Kertajaya village. Qualitative data were collected through interviews, observation, literature studies, and documentation studies. The implications of this research can be a reference for research in the world of music education, and society as music education. The results of this study can be concluded that, of the six employees, five of them stated that they had a taste for dangdut koplo songs because according to them the sound of the drum beats were loud and fast-tempo, making them feel entertained and feel more enthusiastic at work. Not only that, the employees have a good taste for dangdut koplo because the way the singer sings the dangdut koplo song is very melodious and soft, making it pleasant to hear. Furthermore, the song lyrics in dangdut koplo also often represent the hearts of employees and inspire them.
