Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh capaian hasil belajar siswa yang belum optimal. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata nilai Ujian Nasional siswa di Indonesia yang mengalami penurunan pada rentang Tahun 2017 – 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh task commitment terhadap hasil belajar siswa serta efek moderasi kecerdasan intelektual pada pengaruh task commitment terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review. Proses penacarian artikel dilakuakan pada publikasi online yang telah memiliki Digital Object Identifier (DOI) yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2010 – 2021. Penulis memperoleh 13 artikel yang memenuhi syarat berdasarkan karakteristik pemilihan artikel relevan yang telah ditentukan. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa task commitment berpengaruh postif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini karena task commitment sebagai motivasi dari dalam diri seseorang yang berfungsi sebagai pendorong dan penggerak siswa untuk tekun dan berusaha dengan maksimal. Selain itu, task commitment juga dapat ditentukan oleh kecerdasan intelektual siswa. Siswa yang mempunyai kecerdasan intelektual yang tinggi mampu menciptakan sikap tanggung jawab akan tugas yang diembannya. Dengan demikian, kecerdasan intelektual mampu memperkuat pengaruh task commitment terhadap hasil belajar siswa. This research is based on the achievement of student learning outcomes that have not been optimal. This is indicated by the average value of the National Examination of students in Indonesia which has decreased in the range of 2017 – 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of task commitment on student learning outcomes and the moderating effect of intellectual intelligence on the effect of task commitment on student learning outcomes. The research method used is a systematic literature review. The article search process was carried out on online publications that already had a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) published between 2010 – 2021. The author obtained 13 articles that met the requirements based on the characteristics of the selection of relevant articles that had been determined. The research findings reveal that task commitment has a positive effect on student learning outcomes. This is because task commitment is a motivation from within a person which functions as a driver and motivator for students to be diligent and try their best. In addition, task commitment can also be determined by the intellectual intelligence of students. Students who have high intellectual intelligence are able to create an attitude of responsibility for the tasks they carry out. Thus, intellectual intelligence is able to strengthen the effect of task commitment on student learning outcomes.
