Abstract
Children with special needs are children who have educational, health or social needs that are different from other children in general. These children require special education and care to reach their full potential. Their learning requires special skills where educators are not only able to convey learning but also have to carefully observe the special talents of students. This study aims to determine the Learning of Islamic Religious Education for Children with Special Needs at SD Inklusi Sentra Salsabila Purwakarta. Researchers used a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation techniques, interviews and document studies. In analyzing the data, researchers used qualitative analysis techniques with the steps of data exposure, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, the researchers found that planning for Islamic Religious Education at SD Inklusi Sentra Salsabila begins with identifying, assessing, and modifying the curriculum for Children with Special Needs. In the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning, researchers found that not all classes were accompanied by Special Assistance Teachers, so when there were children with special needs who had difficulties or had problems it ended up disrupting the ongoing learning process. For the evaluation, the researchers found that there was no significant difference between the evaluation of ABK and other children. Assessment of the learning outcomes of children with special needs is presented in the form of qualitative and quantitative data to emphasize the types and quality of competencies that have been mastered by children. Based on the results of this study, the researchers concluded that the learning of Islamic Religious Education at SD Inklusi Sentra Salsabila Purwakarta had not been carried out properly. This can be seen when children with special needs has difficulties or problems which eventually disrupts the learning process. Anak berkebutuhan khusus adalah anak yang memiliki kebutuhan pendidikan, kesehatan, atau sosial yang berbeda dari anak-anak pada umumnya. Anak-anak ini memerlukan pendidikan dan perawatan yang khusus untuk mencapai potensi mereka sepenuhnya. Pembelajaran terhadap mereka memerlukan keahlian khusus dimana pendidik tidak hanya mampu menyampaikan pembelajaran namun juga harus cermat mengamati bakat khusus dari peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di SD Inklusi Sentra Salsabila Purwakarta. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Dalam menganalisis data peneliti menggunakan teknik analisa kualitatif dengan langkah-langkah pemaparan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menemukan bahwa perencanaan Pendidikan Agama Islam di SD Inklusi Sentra Salsabila diawali dengan melakukan identifikasi, asesmen, dan modifikasi kurikulum untuk Anak berkebutuhan Khusus. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam peneliti menemukan bahwa tidak semua kelas di dampingi oleh Guru Pendamping Khusus (GPK), maka ketika ada ABK yang kesulitan atau bermasalah akhirnya mengganggu proses pembelajaran yang sedang berlangsung. Untuk evaluasinya, peneliti menemukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara evaluasi ABK dengan anak lainnya. Penilaian hasil belajar anak berkebutuhan khusus disajikan dalam bentuk data kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk mempertegas jenis dan kualitas kompetensi yang telah dikuasai anak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SD Inklusi Sentra Salsabila Purwakarta belum terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat ketika ABK yang kesulitan atau bermasalah akhirnya mengganggu proses pembelajaran.
