Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian dilakukan dengan latar belakang pelaksanaan pelayanan PAUD di Indonesia yang masih di bawah rata-rata. Sekolah harus mampu mengatur situasi dan kondisi lingkungan belajar sehingga siswa dapat mengembangkan informasi, keterampilan, sikap, dan nilai yang kemudian dapat menerapkannya pada tindakan dan perilaku. Anak adalah individu yang utuh sehingga pemenuhan kebutuhan esensial dalam perkembangannya diperlukan penanganan holistik dan integratif. Sejalan dengan program PAUD HI yang melaksanakan program secara holistik dengan penerapan integratif, artinya pembinaan anak usia dini dilakukan guna memenuhi kebutuhan esensial anak yang berbeda dan saling terkait secara simultan, sistematis, dan terintegrasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan program PAUD HI di TK BG Kota Bandung Kota Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data utama melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program PAUD HI di TK BG Kota Bandung sudah berjalan cukup baik dalam memenuhi kebutuhan esensial bagi anak dan pola kemitraan. Namun, belum adanya format khusus dalam melakukan pelaporan program PAUD HI. Kata Kunci: holistik integratif, PAUD HI, anak usia dini.   Abstract: The research was conducted against the background of the implementation of PAUD services in Indonesia, which is still below average. Schools must be able to manage the situations and conditions of the learning environment so that students can develop information, skills, attitudes, and values that can then be applied to actions and behaviors. Children are whole individuals, so the fulfillment of their essential needs during their development requires holistic and integrative treatment. In accordance with the PAUD HI program, which implements programs holistically with integrative application, early childhood development is carried out to fulfill the essential needs of various and interconnected children simultaneously, systematically, and integratedly. The purpose of this study is to find out how the PAUD HI program was implemented at Bunda Ganesha Kindergarten in Bandung City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The main technique for collecting data is through interviews. The results showed that the implementation of the PAUD HI program at Bunda Ganesha Kindergarten had gone quite well in terms of meeting the essential needs of children and the partnership pattern. However, there is no specific format for reporting on the PAUD HI program. Kata Kunci: holistik integratif, PAUD HI, anak usia dini.
