Abstract
Jenis pelatihan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan pada aspek publikasi ilmiah masih terkategori rendah. Masih banyak guru yang belum mampu mengembangkan pengetahuan di bidang publikasi ilmiah sehingga berdampak pada tertundanya kenaikan pangkat dan jabatan guru. Disisi lain, berdasarkan pada dokumen hasil analisis kebutuhan diklat menunjukkan bahwa salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh guru adalah publikasi ilmiah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendesain kurikulum pelatihan teknis subtantif untk pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan dalam hal ini pelatihan karya tulis ilmiah bagi guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Desain Based Research (DBR) dengan tahap analisis kebutuhan pelatihan, desain kurikulum dan evaluasi. Subjek dalam penelitian terdiri dari ahli kurikulum untuk melihat isi/konten dan praktisi untuk menguji kelayakan dan keterbacaan. Struktur kurikulum dalam pelatihan ini terdiri dari e-learning 32 JP atau 32% dan pembelajaran tatap muka 52 JP atau 52%. Hasil penelitian desain kurikulum ini sebagai berikut: 1) Adanya kebutuhan pelatihan didasarkan pada hasil analisis tugas guru, rapat koordinasi, dan dokumen hasil anaslisis kebutuhan untuk mengisi gap kompetensi yang terjadi pada jabatan fungsional guru. 2) desain kurikulum yang dikembangkan meliputi struktur kurikulum, silabus, dan ranjang bangun pembelajaran mata diklat. 3) penilaian kurikulum ditinjau oleh ahli sebagai pakar dibidang kurikulum dan widyaswara sebagai praktisi, hasil desain kurikulum pelatihan teknis untuk pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan dinyatakan valid dan layak di implemetasikan. Types of continuous professional development training in the aspect of scientific publications are still in the low category. There are still many teachers who have yet to be able to develop knowledge in the aspect of scientific publications, which impacts delays in promotion and teacher positions. On the other hand, the training needs analysis document results to show that one of the competencies teachers must possess scientific publications. This research aims to design a curriculum for substantive technical training for continuous professional development, such as scientific writing training for teachers. The research method used is Design-Based Research (DBR) with the stages of training needs analysis, curriculum design, and evaluation. Subjects in the study consisted of curriculum experts to see the content/content and practitioners to test the feasibility and readability. The curriculum structure in this training consists of e-learning 32 JP or 32% and face-to-face learning 52 JP or 52%. The results of this curriculum design research are as follows: 1) There is a need for training based on the results of teacher task analysis, coordination meetings, and documents on the results of needs analysis to fill competency gaps that occur in teacher functional positions. 2) the curriculum design developed includes the structure of the curriculum, syllabus, and lesson plan. 3) curriculum assessment is reviewed by experts as experts in the field of curriculum and widyaswara as practitioners, the results of the technical training curriculum design for continuous professional development are declared valid and feasible to implement.
