Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara minat belajar dan resiliensi matematis terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa SMP, serta mengetahui besar kontribusi minat belajar dan resiliensi matematis secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa SMP. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 188 siswa kelas VII tahun ajaran 2022/2023 di salah satu SMP di Kota Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen angket yang digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang minat belajar dan resiliensi matematis siswa. Informasi mengenai hasil belajar matematika siswa diperoleh melalui metode dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang signifikan antara siswa yang memiliki minat belajar sedang dengan siswa yang memiliki minat belajar tinggi, selain itu terdapat juga perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang signifikan antara siswa dengan resiliensi matematis sedang dengan siswa dengan resiliensi matematis tinggi; (2) Terdapat korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara minat belajar dan resiliensi matematis terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Adapun tingkat hubungan antara minat belajar dan resiliensi matematis memiliki korelasi yang sangat tinggi terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa; dan (3) Minat belajar dan resiliensi matematis memberikan kontribusi sebesar 74,9% terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 25,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian. This study aims to analyze the relationship between interest in learning and mathematical resilience to learning outcomes of junior high school students' mathematics, and to determine the contribution of learning interest and mathematical resilience together to learning outcomes of junior high school students' mathematics. This type of research is a quantitative research with a descriptive correlational research method. The research sample consisted of 188 class VII students for the 2022/2023 academic year at a junior high school in Bandung City. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire instrument used to obtain information about students' interest in learning and mathematical resilience. Information regarding students' mathematics learning outcomes was obtained through the documentation method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a significant difference in student mathematics learning outcomes between students who have moderate learning interest and students who have high learning interest. In addition, there are also significant differences in student mathematics learning outcomes between students with moderate mathematical resilience and students with high mathematical resilience; (2) There is a positive and significant correlation between learning interest and mathematical resilience on students' mathematics learning outcomes both partially and simultaneously. Meanwhile, the level of relationship between interest in learning and mathematical resilience has a very high correlation with students' learning outcomes in mathematics; and (3) interest in learning and mathematical resilience contributed 74.9% to students' mathematics learning outcomes, while the remaining 25.1% was influenced by other variables not tested in the study.
