Abstract

Anak berkebutuhan khusus memiliki perilaku-perilaku yang berbeda dari anak-anak normal pada umumnya, perilaku-perilaku tersebut termasuk ke dalam gangguan perilaku/perilaku bermasalah. Dengan beragamnya pernasalahan siswa berkebutuhan khusus, tentunya dibutuhkan guru kompeten dalam menangani hambatan yang dialami oleh siswa baik kondisi fisik, kemampuan komunikasi, kemampuan intelektual, maupun menurunnya kondisi sosial dan emosional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan perilaku bermasalah yang sering muncul pada siswa ABK di Sekolah Alam Bogor, menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan penanganan perilaku bermasalah pada siswa ABK di Sekolah Alam Bogor, serta menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan dampak dari penanganan tersebut. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskritif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen kepada 6 partisipan guru di Sekolah Alam Bogor. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu penanganan perilaku bermasalah siswa ABK di Sekolah Alam Bogor tidak hanya ditangani oleh guru kelas saja, melainkan adanya bantuan penanganan yang dilakukan oleh shadow teacher. Sebelum ditugaskan dalam menangani siswa ABK, shadow teacher diberikan pelatihan mengenai penanganan siswa ABK. Pelatihan yang diberikan bertujuan agar shadow teacher mengetahui bagaimana cara menangani siswa ABK dengan tepat. Dengan adanya shadow teacher di Sekolah Alam Bogor perilaku bermasalah yang terjadi pada siswa ABK dapat tertangani dengan baik. Dampak dari penanganan perilaku bermasalah yang terjadi pada siswa ABK di Sekolah Alam Bogor yaitu siswa dapat mengontrol perilaku impulsifnya, siswa mulai mengerti mengenai cara bersikap yang baik, siswa mulai bisa menangani dirinya sendiri ketika emosi, dan siswa dapat memahami peraturan yang diberikan. ------ Children with special needs have different behaviors from normal children in general, these behaviors are included in behavior disorders / problematic behavior. With the various problems of students with special needs, of course, competent teachers are needed in dealing with obstacles experienced by students, both physical conditions, communication skills, intellectual abilities, as well as declining social and emotional conditions. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the problematic behavior that often appears in ABK students at the Bogor Natural School, to analyze and describe the handling of problematic behavior in ABK students at the Bogor Natural School, and to analyze and describe the impact of the treatment. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods through interviews, observations, and document studies to 6 teacher participants at the Bogor Natural School. The results of this study are that the handling of problematic behavior of ABK students at the Bogor Natural School is not only handled by the classroom teacher, but also by the shadow teacher. Before being assigned to handle ABK students, the shadow teacher was given training on handling ABK students. The training provided aims to make the shadow teacher know how to properly handle ABK students. With the existence of a shadow teacher at the Bogor Natural School, problematic behavior that occurs in ABK students can be handled properly. The impact of handling problematic behavior that occurs in ABK students at Sekolah Alam Bogor is that students can control their impulsive behavior, students begin to understand how to behave properly, students begin to be able to handle themselves when emotional, and students can understand the rules given.
