Abstract
Evaluasi Kurikulum Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Berdasarkan Standar Nasional Pendidikan Pada Tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama Di Kota Ruteng-Flores-Nusa Tenggara Timur ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kesesuaian implementasi kurikulum mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia dengan standar nasional Pendidikan pada tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Kota Ruteng-Flores-Nusa Tenggara Timur. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini, yakni bagaimana kesesuaian implementasi kurikulum mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia dengan standar nasional Pendidikan pada tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kota Ruteng-Flores-Nusa Tenggara Timur? Metode penelitian evaluasi dalam penelitian ini memakai model evaluasi context, input, process, dan product (CIPP). Instrumen penelitian meliputi studi dokumen, observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan wawancara kepada enam guru di enam SMP di kota Ruteng serta kuesioner untuk tanggapan siswa. Keenam Sekolah Menengah Pertama terdiri atas SMP Negeri 1 Langke Rembong, SMP Negeri 2 Langke Rembong, SMP Negeri 4 Langke Rembong, SMP Negeri 5 Langke Rembong, SMP Negeri 6 Langke Rembong, dan SMP St. Klaus Kuwu. Adapun hasil penelitian, yaitu (1) keenam Sekolah Menengah Pertama memiliki kesesuaian konteks dengan Standar Nasional Pendidikan, hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai kategori sangat baik untuk kelengkapan profil sekolah. (2) Satu Sekolah Menengah Pertama memiliki kesesuaian input dengan Standar Proses dan Standar Penilaian, hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai kategori sangat baik, empat Sekolah menengah Pertama berada pada kategori baik, dan satu Sekolah menengah Pertama berada pada kategori cukup baik. (3) Ada lima Sekolah Menengah Pertama memiliki kesesuaian pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran dengan Standar Proses dan ditunjukkan dengan nilai kategori baik dan satu sekolah pada kategori cukup baik. (4) Ada lima sekolah Sekolah Menengah Pertama memiliki kesesuaian produk dengan Standar Penilaian dan ditunjukkan dengan nilai kategori baik dan satu sekolah berada pada kategori cukup baik. Selain itu, ada lima sekolah dengan respon siswa terhadap proses pembelajaran berada pada kategori baik yang menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa memiliki tanggapan positif terhadap pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia dan satu sekolah berada pada kategori cukup baik. Rekomendasi kepada para guru supaya semakin optimal merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran; kepada satuan pendidikan, dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan untuk secara aktif mendukung dengan berbagai bentuk dukungan. Evaluation of Indonesian Language Subject Curriculum Based on National Education Standards for Junior High School Level In The City Of Ruteng-Flores-East Nusa Tenggara. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine and describe the suitability of the implementation of the Indonesian language curriculum with national standards at the junior high school (SMP) level in Ruteng-Flores-East Nusa Tenggara. The problem raised in this research is: how is the suitability of the implementation of the Indonesian language curriculum with national standards at the Junior High School (SMP) level in the City of Ruteng-Flores-East Nusa Tenggara? The evaluative research method in this study uses a context, input, process, and product (CIPP) evaluation model. The research instruments include document studies, observation of learning implementation, and interviews with six teachers in six junior high schools in Ruteng as well as questionnaires for student responses. The six junior high schools consist of SMP Negeri 1 Langke Rembong, SMP Negeri 2 Langke Rembong, SMP Negeri 4 Langke Rembong, SMP Negeri 5 Langke Rembong, SMP Negeri 6 Langke Rembong, and SMP St. Klaus Kuwu. The results of the research are: (1) the six Junior High Schools have contextual compatibility with the Content Standards and Process Standards, this is indicated by the very good category score for the completeness of the school profile. (2) One junior high school has input conformity with the Process Standards and Assessment Standards, this is indicated by the value of the very good category, four junior high schools are in the good category, and one junior high school is in the fairly good category. (3) There are five junior high schools that have conformity with the implementation of the learning process with the Process Standards and are indicated by the value of the good category and one school in the fairly good category. (4) There are five junior high school schools that have product conformity with the Assessment Standards and are indicated by the value of the good category and one school is in the fairly good category. In addition, there are five schools with student responses to the learning process in the good category which indicates that the majority of students have a positive response to the 2013 Curriculum learning Indonesian language subjects and one school is in the fairly good category. Recommendations to teachers to be more optimal in planning, implementing, and evaluating learning; to the education unit, the Education and Culture office to actively support it in various ways.
