Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pandemic COVID-19 dan permasalahan pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dilaksanakan di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) implementasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh dan (2) media pembelajaran yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang diantaranya 3 orang sebagai pengelola pembelajaran jarak jauh dan 2 orang sebagai peserta pembelajaran jarak jauh. Hasil penelitian yang didapat bahwa Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh sesuai dengan arahan kepala lembaga dan juga lembaga ini menggunakan media aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis website yang dinamakan SIEMAPEDE sebagai metode untuk pembelajaran asynchronous dan melalui mediapembelajaran zoom sebagai synchronous, pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh pengelola tidak melakukan analisis jabatan yaitu salah satu unsur pentingnya dalam pengorganisasian sehingga menghambat prosesnya pembelajaran jarak jauh, adapun refleksi penggunaan media aplikasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan sekali saja dan itu pun saat pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh berlangsung selain itu kendala umum yang sering dihadapi yaitu sinyal yang tidak stabil. Namun secara keseluruhan Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung sudah sesuai dengan teori implementasi dan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran jarak jauh yang sudah disajikan pada kajian teori. The objectives of this study are: 1) the implementation of distance learning and (2) the learning media used in the implementation of distance learning at the Bandung Religious Education and Training Center. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method and uses a case study research type. The subjects in this study amounted to 5 people including 3 people as distance learning managers and 2 people as distance learning participants. The results of the study showed that the Bandung Religious Education and Training Center carried out distance learning in accordance with the direction of the head of the institution and this institution also used a website-based learning application media called SIEMAPEDE as a method for asynchronous learning and through zoom as synchronous learning media, in the implementation of distance learning the manager not doing a job analysis, which is one of the important elements in organizing so that it hinders the distance learning process, as for the reflection on the use of learning application media which is only done once and even then when distance learning takes place besides the common obstacle that is often faced is an unstable signal. But overall the Bandung Religious Education and Training Center is in accordance with the implementation theory and the principles of distance learning that have been presented in the theoretical study.
